After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Harmless on its own, this jutsu generates a swirling ball of water in the user's hands. This can be used to fuel other jutsu or to collect water when no other source is available.
Suiton: Mizu Kurieeshon [Water Release: Water Creation] E-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Range || Supplementary
When the needed handseals are completed, the user will slam their hands onto the ground. Upon contact with the ground, water will begin to rise. It will approach 5 inches in height, and about 5 feet around the user. Once completed, the water will remain there.
Cons: This is utterly useless in battle. It has some uses, but it doesn't directly effect anything, but make the ground wet. This can be useful for farming, or techniques where water is required.
Suiton: Tsuin Mizu Tanjuu [Water Release: Twin Water Pistol] E-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Range || Offensive
Pointing either one or both index fingers at the target, they can jet short bursts of water, the water coming from inside their pores. Does little more then get the target wet.
Kirigakure no Jutsu [Hidden Mist Technique] D-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || All Ranges || Supplementary
With but a single hand seal, the user will spread their chakra throughout the air, drawing moisture from the surroundings while also creating water from their chakra in order to summon a dense veil of mist. This jutsu's range is one of its most potent features, covering vast areas within its blinding thickness. The technique essentially eliminates one's ability to see by blinding them in mist, allowing those who can fight otherwise to attack their defenseless prey. As it's made of chakra, dojutsu such as the Sharingan are blinded as their eyes behold masses of chakra. However, powerful gusts of wind are capable of blowing the mist away.

Suiton: Daibakuryuu no Jutsu [Water Release: Great Exploding Current Technique] D-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || All Ranges || Offensive
After performing the needed seals, a vortex of water will form around the target, sucking anything on the water's surface down to the depths below.
The user will slam their hands into water after four handseals. In a roughly fifteen foot radius from their hands, the water will instantly heat up to 150 degrees. It does not hurt the user for a thin layer of protective chakra, but causes first degree burns on anything else in that area. It takes up to four posts to reach maximum boiling point, and can give third degree burns to opponents with prolonged exposure.
Con: Can only be used on a body of water.

The user utilizes water to create a whip. The whip functions as a normal whip, and can be used to bind an opponent. The user can also send currents of electricity down it to make it more effective.
Suiton: Mizu wo Kanjiru [Water Release: Feel of Flowing Water] D-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Range || Supplementary
Always in effect once used, it allows the user to locate running water nearby. They can calculate where it is, the speed it is moving, and the general temperature of it.
Suiton: Sui Souran no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Control Technique] D-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Range || Supplementary
Allows the user to control water, bending it to their will. If the user uses a lot of chakra, they can turn the water to ice, and vice versa.
Suiton: Suishuu Gorugon [Water Release: Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain] D-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Range || Offensive
The user generates a mass of water, which can then be sent towards the opponent as a biting serpent.
Suiton: Gyorai [Water Release: Torpedo] C-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || All Ranges || Supplementary
While underwater, the user performs two seals, and becomes six times faster. Manipulating the water around them, they do not need to use their hands and feet to swim, instead jetting through the water like a torpedo to ram the opponent. Lasts for two posts.

After forming the needed hand seals, the user will create a waterfall to slam into their opponent.

After forming the needed seals, the user can gather a large volume of water in their gullet, then expel it forcefully in a huge bubble-filled wave of water.
Suiton: Ken Mizu no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Blade Technique] C-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Mid Range || Offensive
A technique that can be used with any sword. Water encompasses the bade, and can be flung during multiple swings to create a crescent-shaped razor-sharp curve of water toward the target.
Suiton: Kokuun no Jutsu [Water Release: Black Clouds Technique] C-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Mid Range || Supplementary
After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto the user’s targets.
Con: Takes time for clouds to manifest, and the rain is indiscriminate, capable of catching allies in the flammable liquid.
Suiton: Mizuame Nabara [Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field] C-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Mid Range || Offensive
After forming the needed seals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from their gullet. The liquid can cover up to twenty square meters. If the target runs atop the liquid, their feet will be glued to the sticky surface like flypaper. If the user and/or a comrade focuses chakra in their feet before touching the surface, they can move about it without hindrance.
Con: An ally unfamiliar or caught unawares can be caught in the field as well.
Suiton: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Clone Technique] C-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short Range || Supplementary
This allows the user to create a clone made of water. The clone can carry out a limited array of attacks between taijutsu and water jutsu on the target.
Con: The clone cannot travel far from the user, ten meters at most. Once out of range or damaged, the clone will revert back to water.
Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri [Water Release: Rising Water Cutter] C-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Mid Range || Offensive
The user will slam their foot onto the ground, causing water to rise up and travel toward the opponent as a slicing jet.

Utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in a normal fashion, allowing the user to cut and stab as one would with a normal blade.

After creating the needed seals, the user expels a strong jet of water at the opponent.

The user forms the necessary seals, causing water to form around the target, imprisoning them. The prison maintains a spherical form which only allows minimal movement.
Con: The user must keep some part of their body touching the sphere in order for the sphere to maintain itself. If contact is broken, the water will fall away and release the target.
Suiton: Suitenhoufutsu [Water Release: Sky and Water Convergence] C-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short Range || Offensive
After a string of handseals, the user causes water to rise from the ground and envelop the target.
Con: The jutsu uses underground water, so the jutsu is harder to use in dryer areas.
Suiton: Suiun Suishi no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Transport Dispatch Formation Technique] C-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short Range || Supplementary
After the necessary handseals, causes a column of water to rise from a nearby water source. Useful for putting out fires, this water has little destructive force.
Suiton: Takitsubo no Jutsu [Water Release: Waterfall Basin Technique] C-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short Range || Supplementary
Moving the earth to create the necessary flow, the user creates a large volume of water to make a cycling waterfall.
Con: A cliff is needed to make this jutsu a success, natural or manmade via Earth Release.

The user manifests a large amount of water into their mouth, then spits it forcefully as a projectile at the opponent.
Suiton: Ame no Senbon [Water Release: Rain of Needles] B-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Mid Range || Offensive
The user creates a large bubble of water from a nearby source and sends it flying into the air. When the user commands it to, the bubble pops and sends water falling all around like rain. The user then completes the hand signs and the water droplets turn into sharp needles.
Suiton: Bakafu Sandanjuu [Water Release: Waterfall Shotgun] B-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Mid Range || Offensive
While near a waterfall, the user can direct the flow of water towards the opponent instead to create a hideous impact.
Con: Can only be effectively used by Jōnin or above.
Suiton: Bakusui Shouha [Water Release: Bursting Water Collision Waves] B-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Mid Rage || Offensive
After creating the necessary hand seals, the user spits out a massive amount of water from his mouth, enough to cover an extremely large portion of land. Often used to alter the environment, it provides both water for various jutsu and permits them to travel stealthily underwater.
Con: Requires a large amount of chakra
Suiton: Goshokuzame [Water Release: Five Sharks Eating] B-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || Mid-Long Range || Offensive
After forming the needed seals, the user will place their hand on the surface of water they are standing on. A shark made of condensed water will emerge from each finger, making a total of up to five, to attack any opponent within the water like guided missiles.
Suiton: Houmatsu no Jutsu [Water Release: Bubbles Technique] B-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Mid-Long Range || Offensive
The user will first inhale deeply, manipulating chakra internally, which upon exhaling, will manifest as numerous large bubbles. These bubbles will then surround the enemy. Should a bubble touch the target, it will explosively detonate. The user may also click his fingers together to detonate all of them at the same time.
Suiton: Ja no Kuchi [Water Release: Serpent Mouth] B-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Mid-Long Range || Offensive
The user will generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a serpent with a gaping maw. This serpent can twist and follow the target. Once activated, the user can create more serpents if needed, depending on rank. The higher the rank, the more additional serpents can be made.
Suiton: Mizuteppou [Water Release: Water Pistol] B-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Mid Range || Offensive
The user emits a jet of water capable of slicing the target into many pieces.
Suiton: Suihashu [Water Release: Water Wave Hand] B-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short Rage || Offensive
The user will raise their hand into the air and emit a continuous jet of water to disrupt their opponent's attacks.
Suiton: Suijinheki [Water Release: Water Encampment Wall] B-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Range || Defensive
The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.
Suiton: Suikoudan no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Shark Projectile Technique] B-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Mid Range || Offensive
The user shapes water into the form of a large shark and, thrusting their hand forward, sends it hurtling towards the opponent at high-speeds, resulting in a powerful impact. The user can also ride inside the water shark to dramatically increase their swimming speed.
Suiton: Suiryuuben [Water Release: Water Dragon Whip] B-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || All Ranges || Offensive
The user creates a whirling sphere of water. The sphere can then emit whips that can seek out and impale a target.
Note: How far the whips can reach depends on how large the initial sphere is and how many whips are in use.
Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Dragon Projectile Technique] B-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Long Range || Offensive
The user does a long string of hand seals which causes a column of water to rise from an appropriate source. It take the form of a dragon and strikes the target.
By transferring a medium amount of chakra into altering the chemical properties of nearby water or ice, the user can increase or decrease its freezing and boiling points. The level of difficulty to manipulate it remains the same, but it is able to endure hotter temperatures or change into ice much more quickly.
Con: Can only affect water or ice up to a radius of twenty feet.
Suiton: Suigadan [Water Release: Water Fang Projectile] B-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || Mid-Long Range || Offensive
From a single seal, a surrounding supply of water will spawn forth one to four spiraling drills of liquid, each possessing the capability of boring into iron and ensuring a grizzly wound for anyone struck by the jutsu. Each drill can reach as far as ten meters, though its shortened range matters not when one is surrounded by water, granting its user three-hundred and sixty degrees of attack trajectory. With its single seal use, one may often disguise its setup with other actions, such as preparing shuriken.
With three seals, one gathers water from both chakra and their surroundings into the pit of their palm, spiraling it like a miniature and condensed hurricane. The water is condensed more and more before being released at whatever the palm faces, resulting in a spiraling whirlwind of whipping water. This eruptions appears as if one had let lose a hurricane, knocking shinobi off of their feet and toppling trees as far as thirty meters from the user. The effectiveness of this jutsu is further increased when introduced to a Fūton technique, creating what appears to be an actual hurricane.
Suiton: Tako no Katachi [Water Release: Octopus Form] B-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Mid Range || Offensive, Supplementary
The user does the necessary hand seals before gathering the surrounding water around them across the floor and allows it to rise a few feet. The water forms into a solid circle with 8 thick whip-like appendages extending outwards. The user remains in control of all of these appendages, however to keep this technique active they must keep their feet stationary within the circle (approximately 5m in diameter). These water whips can stretch up to 10m and can fuse to become larger whips or separate to make many more separate ones. These whips (the original 8) have the power to knock away small medium and large projetiles alike, can knock a full grown man on his feet with ease, can grab people and even large boulders and fling them dozens of meters away, among other things.
Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu [Water Release: Grand Waterfall Technique] A-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || Short Ranges || Offensive
After doing the needed seals, a column of water will circle the user, and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water, the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as it pulls them away.
Suiton: Daikoudan no Jutsu [Water Release: Great Shark Missile Technique] A-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Long Range || Offensive
The user will generate a large shark made of water, either by using available water or spitting their own, and launch it towards the opponent. The shark not only causes damage upon contact, but the water it is composed of absorbs the chakra of anything it comes close to, increasing its size. The more powerful the opponent, the larger this shark becomes, causing more damage when it impacts. Takes exceptional force to dispel it, otherwise the user must dispel it.
Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki [Water Release: Tornado of Water] A-Rank || Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Range || Offensive, Defensive
The user utilizes water to create a spinning vortex of water around themselves. The water acts as both a barrier to attacks and a means to attack the opponent. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious if it hits.

The user does a string of handseals, and, using nearby bodies of water, creates spinning drills to pierce the opponent.
Suiton: Daibaku Suishouha [Water Release: Great Exploding Water Collision Waves] S-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Mid-Long Range || Supplementary
After performing the necessary seals, the user will expel a great amount of water from their gullet. The water will then form a massive dome, encasing the user and the targets inside.
Con: Unless the user has some sort of breathing apparatus or other means of surviving underwater, they will eventually drown alongside their targets.
Suiton: Mizukagami no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Mirror Technique] S-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Short-Range || Defensive
The user will first create a reflective disk of water. This disk will reflect his oncoming opponents on its surface. The user will then swipe aside the disk, revealing an identical mirror image of the oncoming attacker. This mirror clone will then counter the enemy down to their weapons and chakra, effectively neutralizing their current attack when the mirror-clone and original clash.
Suiton: Senjikizame [Water Release: Thousand Sharks Eating] S-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Long Range || Offensive
User must know Goshokuzame [Five Sharks Eating] and be on a body of water.
After forming the needed seals, the user will place their hand to the surface of the water they stand on. Numerous sharks of condensed water will emerge to create a tidal wave of frenzied fish.
Suiton: Suirou Same Odori no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Prison Shark Dance Technique] S-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || All Ranges || Supplementary
After performing [Daibaku Suishouha [Great Exploding Water Collision Waves]], the user forms another string of handseals. The dome of water will then move wherever the user does as they swim, keeping the user at the center. If the user keeps up with the swimming targets, the opponents can never leave the dome. It can be used to capture someone, dispelling the technique when the target loses consciousness. This jutsu also allows the user to feel vibrations in the dome of water, knowing where every moving target is within it. It is a very intense drain on chakra.
Suiton: Yobidashi Sono Kosui [Water Release: Call the Lake] S-Rank|| Ninjutsu || Water || Long Range || Supplementary
The user does ten hand signs and will then slam both index fingers into the ground, digging them in by one inch. They will then send a blast of pure chakra into the earth, and then pull their hands away from the hole. Suddenly the ground will explode from where their hands were, tossing anything within thirty feet of the hole you made into the air. Out of this new hole in the ground a torrent of water will blast upwards. This will then cover an area of half of a mile with a lake of water ten feet in depth.
