All WIP clans and clanless kekkei genkeis are to be registered here. Jutsu associated with your clan or kekkei genkai are to be registered under the jutsu board, however, they will be combined with the appropriate clan or kekkei genkai information once approved and added to the index.

Register all jutsu here. Be sure to put in the title whether or not it is Personal, Universal, or Clan. It is preferred that if you make both universal and personal jutsu for your character that they be posted separately. If you are making clan or kekkei genkai jutsu, please be sure to register your clan or kekkei genkai first.
