After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
The members of the Kamizuru clan don't necessarily have a physical marker that separates them from others of the village. Many members retain a somewhat elitist mentality, as hundreds of years ago, the very first Tsuchikage was a Kamizuru himself. Their most noticeable trait is when they enter battle, they summon and employ suzumebachi bees, many using them as kamikaze weapons at their complete disposal. In days passed, the women of this clan often wore short, dark kimonos with golden yellow obi, while the men wore long cloaks and mantles. Today they're not so strict as they once were, but many men and woman adhere to the traditional style of dress while others adapt to a more modern wear. The clan symbol is a bullseye made of two black rings.
background
During the shinobi world war the Kamizuru clan attempted to lead an invasion force into Konohagakure, only to be repelled and largely killed by the more experienced Aburame clan. The loss was so great that the clan lost much of their status and respect in the village. The Kamizuru have worked diligently to earn back their reputation within and without the walls of their village, an effort that continues to this day, as does the lingering grudge against the Konoha clan responsible for their dishonor.
Because of the failure and the near-extermination of the clan due to this loss, the next clan head sought to punish his clan, denying many shinobi the right to contract the suzumebachi bees. What the clan needed to do was rebuild. Senseless fighting between the few remaining members and bitter grudges of revenge towards Konoha, however appealing, were not to be tolerated, and the head instilled the job of caring for honeybees instead; if the Kamizuru wanted to contract the legendary suzumebachi, they needed to earn the right so that the head knew they wouldn’t go and further sully what was left of the Kamizuru name.
As the years went on, the numbers steadily grew, and raising the honeybees had gone from a punishment to a specialized trade within the village. The head that instilled the punishment had passed away early due to sickness, and his replacement changed the way the clan had been run. All of the young Kamizuru children were given contract rights to the suzumebachi again, the elder members training them in how to use them. With a generational gap in-between the bee users, it was like a new age for the Kamizuru.
When the war on Kusagakure struck, the young children who’d been allowed their Suzumebachi after a fifteen-year reprieve were now capable and deadly shinobi, and the vicious hornets of the Rock were of invaluable aid in the battle; clouds of buzzing, angry bees overwhelming the enemy. With the absence of Kamizuru in battles for so long, the younger generations of attackers did not know how to defend against the rubber-cement honey, the sleeping poison of the stingers, or the sheer overwhelming numbers that were the Kamizuru suzumebachi.
After the overwhelming success in the war against Kusagakure, the Kamizuru were allowed to take their long-lost position of prestige among the elites, proving to be an established clan as they had been in the olden days of the village. With the right of influence returned to the clan came the return of the elitist attitude many of the elders seemed to possess, projected onto the younger ones. The Kamizuru was one of the oldest clans in Iwakagure, and had finally earned back the respect they deserved. Today, it is common to see honey and wax-craft vendors from the clan, selling wares that come with raising the honeybees
legacy of power
The Kamizuru Clan, above all else, is most widely recognized for their use of large suzumebachi bees in battle. They are notorious for the kamikaze style of attack, each wave designed to kill every bee involved, a high contrast to other insect-wielding clans whom treat their familiars in a more symbiotic sense. They will sacrifice as many bees as it will take to bring down the enemy, fighting with adhesive honey, sleeping-toxin stingers, and wax clones. More powerful members are said to be able to summon the hive and even the queen bee herself, although the true lair of the suzumebachi bees lies at the base of the cave network attached to the Kamizuru district.

Hachimitsu no Jutsu [Bee Honey Technique] C || Ninjutsu || N/A || Mid || Offensive/Supplementary

Kill enough and the honey will adhere the enemy in place, causing them to stick to themselves. This is most effective on opponents who use taijutsu.
Mitsubunshin [Honey Clone] C-RANK || NINJUTSU || ANY || SUPPLEMENTARY
By either spitting out or manipulating already existing honey, the user will generate an identical doppelgänger. Acting and behaving just like the user, this clone is capable of performing any honey or Kamizuru technique. However, its true strength comes from the very substance it is made from. Should this clone be destroyed by taijutsu or another close-range technique, it will revert into a mass of sticky honey, capturing them in its remains.
Mitsunento No Jutsu [Sticky Honey Spit Technique]] C-RANK || NINJUTSU || SHORT TO MID || OFFENSIVE

To those who touch this honey will instantly be trapped inside like a fly to flypaper.
Subako Kawarimi No Jutsu [Hive Change Of Body Stance Technique] C-RANK || NINJUTSU || SHORT TO MID || SUPPLEMENTARY
After the proper sealing, the user will cause some of their bees to shift into the appearance of a hive that is about the size of an average human’s torso and hide it within a nearby area. Kodona Hachimitsu no Jutsu [Advanced Bee Honey Technique] B-RANK || NINJUTSU || SHORT TO MID || SUPPLEMENTARY
After forming the required hand seals, the user will generate multiple bee clones out of honey. Functioning just like the normal bee, these insects may be used to sting and bite the foe just like any other bee. However, should these insects be destroyed, they will revert back to their sticky honey form. Why one is not enough to bind a person in place, it is when multiple swarm and are destroyed that this technique’s true power comes to show.
Mitsu Rou Bunshin [Beeswax Clone] B || Ninjutsu || N/A || Close || Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Using beeswax, the user creates a clone. These clones are a little more solid than normal clones however they still dissipate with a sufficient blow, where they turn back into wax. These clones are useful in that the material can be reused for another clone.
A RANK
Housou no Ishi [Rock Hive] A || Ninjutsu || Earth || Close || Supplementary

The larvae can feed off of chakra, and those who come in contact with them will have their chakra drained at a relatively fast pace depending on the amount of bee larvae feeding.
Nisenhachisasa [Two Thousand Bee Stings] A-RANK || NINJUTSU || SHORT TO LONG || OFFENSIVE
Similar to the normal Senhachisasa technique, the bees will extend their abdomens and shoot stingers at the target. Unlike the normal technique, however, instead of inducing sleep, the toxins are altered to instead cause hallucinations, severity depending on the amount of stings the target takes. Enough stings causes the opponent to fall unconscious after having their mind broken by their own subconscious and the toxins.
