After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Through the utilization of a source of water, the user drags the blade of their sword along the surface while running while gathering chakra in the tip before swinging the blade upwards drawing up a wall of water with it. The user is then projected onto the wall of water which allows them to in turn get the drop on the enemy by making the reflection appear as though their self.

KYOBO NI HONRYU [BERSERKING TORRENT] C-RANK || KENJUTSU || SUITON || CLOSE || OFFENSIVE
Utilizing a source of water, the user draws up two waves of water with their blade by dragging the edge along the surface while coating it with their chakra. The water, which is still connected to the blade of their sword, will begin to form a powerful torrent around the user and will follow the user as they charge forward. Enhancing the destructive power of their attack.
Utilizing a source of water and coating their blade in chakra, the user dashes at the target while dragging their blade across the surface of the water. The user then leaps into the air and swing their blade over their head and down onto their target bringing with them a torrent of water that is manipulated so that it changes form into a dense heavy cloud of mist upon collision with the target. The change is so rapid that both user and target will likely be thrown back several feet as a wall of mist expands out into the area obscuring the vision of those within the field of a 15 meter radius.

KYOBO NI UZU [BERSERKING VORTEX] B-RANK || KENJUTSU || SUITON || CLOSE || OFFENSIVE
A more powerful version of Berserking Torrent, the user once again draws up streams of water from a source, however this time bringing up three streams. These streams will begin to violently swirl around the user forming something of a powerful vortex. The user will then rush forward to impale and tear apart whatever lies before their blade.
A more powerful version of Crashing Cloud. The user once again dashes at the target while dragging the blade of their sword along the surface of a water source. However this time the user performs a fleet footwork maneuver involving a step to the side and a 360 degree rotation, upon which the user aims to crash the blade of their sword into the target which has the rapidly state changing torrent following closely. At this point in time the torrent changes state and rapidly explodes outward in the direction the blade is pointed, violently throwing back whatever the blade may have crashed into and expanding a wall of mist into the area, obscuring the vision of those within a 30 meter radius.

KYOBO NI TSUNAMI [BERSERKING TIDAL WAVE] A-RANK || KENJUTSU || ELEMENT || CLOSE - MID || OFFENSIVE
A much more powerful version of Berserking Torrent, the user draws up even more streams of water to coat their blade, this time bringing up four streams. These streams swirl and churn around the blade of the user's sword. At this point, rather than charging forward, the user leaps into the air and brings their blade up over their head before swinging downwards once unleashing a devastating blast of water down onto their target.
Utilizing two swords and a source of water, the user coats the blades of their weapons in chakra and rushed at the target while dragging the blades along the water's surface. A powerful wave of water will surge behind the user, propelling them forward at incredible speeds. The user will then soon raise their blades, thrusting them forward as two powerful vortexes of water swirl and churn around them. At the last moment the user lunges forward, sprung off of the powerful water torrent and crashes their blades into the target where then the vortexes will tear the target apart.

KYOBO NI DAI KONRAN [BERSERKING MAELSTROM] S-RANK || KENJUTSU || SUITON || MID || OFFENSIVE
The most powerful version of Berserking Torrent. Utilizing a large body of water, the user drags their blade along the surface as they spin 360 degrees while coating their blade in chakra. From this revolution, the user leaps into the air, drawing with them five powerful torrents of water. The user then lashes out their blade in the direction of their target up to five times releasing a series of devastatingly powerful blast of water that are more than powerful enough to wipe a settlement off of the map.
