Known as the Village Hidden in the Mist and ruled over by the Mizukage Kiri is rather infamous as having their water tainted with blood or so they say. While they seem to be the more modernized of all the great villages their ultimate flaw lies in the fact that the shinobi and people are drowned in treachery and betrayal, if one wanted to find a shinobi who has no ties to a village or beginning to lose faith then this is the place to visit!
