After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Yōjinbō [Dancing Blade Risk] D || Kenjutsu || n/a || Short || Offensive
The user performs a quick dash towards their opponent, quickly slashing them upon reaching a close enough range.
Kauntā [Counter] D || Kenjutsu || n/a || Short || Defensive/Offensive
Taking a defensive stance with sword drawn, the user waits for the opponent to make the first strike. When said strike happens the user defends with their blade and quickly performs an upward slash to not only injure the opponent but to also possibly disarm them.
C RANK
Chirisamane [Sword Rain] C || Kenjutsu || n/a || Short || Offesnive
By focusing their chakra into their arms and sword, the user will dash forward and unleash a barrage of super-fast stabs at the target in the span of a few seconds.
Senkuureppa [Light Spear] C || Kenjutsu || n/a || Short || Offensive
The user will first slash upward at the target, and will then spin around in a twister which will carry their target higher into the air with the repeated strikes of their weapon. At the apex of the attack, the user will then finish it with a single sword slash in a direction of their choosing.
Oborozukiyo [Moonlight Circle] C || Kenjutsu || n/a || Short || Offensive/Defensive
Gripping their sword tightly and in a horizontal poisition the user will spin in place in a full three hundred and sixty degree circle motion at great speed.
B RANK
Saaberu no Jutsu [Sabre Technique] B || Ninjutsu/Kenjutsu || n/a || Short-Long || Offensive
By empowering one's blade with the flow of chakra the user can coat their sword with an aura of chakra capable of not only increasing its cutting power but also changing its shape and form with the right amount of chakra control. In addition to this technique the user can also expunge the chakra by slashing the air in front of them and releasing a crescent wave of chakra.
Renkuuzan [Tempest] B || Kenjutsu || n/a || Short || Offensive
The user will first gather and focus their chakra into their blade and will then leap high into the air while holding their sword outward. The user will then begin to spin vertically at an increased rate, thus propelling them forward while slashing with their sword.
A RANK
Iaigiri [Iai Beheading] A || Kenjutsu || n/a || Short || Offensive
The user performs a quick and powerful slash with their sword in order to cut the intended target, before immediately resheathing the blade afterwards.
Hitenshouku [Rising Falcon] A || Kenjutsu || n/a || Short || Offensive
The user will first perform a back flip and use their chakra in order to suspend them in midair for a brief moment before allowing the user to come crashing down upon their target with a single sword slash. Channeling one’s chakra to surround the blade will cause it to glow with a slight aura, greatly increasing the potency of the strike. Once the strike is brought down onto the ground it creates not only a small crater but also a shockwave with an thirty meter radius around the user.

Alright so I do have some issues with this list, as such I will be going over them with you so that this may be corrected.
Sword Rain: I understand this is a basic maneuver, but for anything to be not only extremely quick, but lethal and within a few seconds, I believe this should be C-rank. Things like extremely basic movements without chakra would be D-rank.
Iai Beheading: This needs to be A-rank no exceptions. This is an extremely lethal technique that takes a lot of discipline and practice to master.
Counter: Now something basic like this is what I expect for a D-rank
Moonlight Circle: I would assume that since the user is spinning, if a blow is coming from above they would be incapable of fending off such a blow. As such fending off blows from differing angles would be inaccurate.
Flying Swallow and the Saber Technique: These two are actually the same technique its just in canon one is used by a specific character whereas the other is used by an entire people. I would suggest combining them into one technique, for they are actually exactly the same.
Rising Falcon: Why centimeters of all things to measure in? Please use feet or meters.
Rising Falcon: Umm Eighty Meters for a Shockwave? Yeah no not happening with a Kenjutsu Technique. I could see it with an advanced nature, but not Kenjutsu. Please lower it to 40 meters or less.
“As it has been longer than three days since this has been looked at, I will be taking over the grade. A version of Sabre Technique has been approved on a separate list, so I ask that it be removed from this one.”
I know its not something you'd expect from me but I'm sort of exercising a right to argue over this, while I understand that the Flying Swallow technique was approved because my techs took longer to be looked at/approved the sabre technique is also a canonical jutsu as well and while the main feature of infusing chakra is similar to flying swallow the sabree no jutsu also allows one to shape the chakra around the blade as well as release said chakra as a projectile, something that the Flying Swallow can not accomplish, which makes the sabre technique superior in terms of versatility and I strongly feel like it should not be deleted due to the fact that another canon jutsu with the same ability got accepted first.
Also it should be noted that several other jutsu share similarities with one another but only differ in certain degrees, mainly quantity/execution/etc, such examples can be found with Katon and Futon jutsu where they are mainly used to as many area of effect jutsu are in a sense the same aside from other side effects they may cause.
