After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

On its own, this seal is not a dangerous application. However, it seals closed anything it is applied to, be it a box, a door, a bracelet, or any other inorganic object that has an open-and-close function. The mechanics of the item that control the opening or closing are completely frozen and impossible to move. The object can be destroyed, yes, but it cannot be opened in the manner it was intended to do so. This seal can be unlocked either with a contrasting seal being physically placed on it, acting as a "key" (this can be done with chakra or a written seal on a paper), or by a skilled fuuin user who can break down the components of the seal to reverse its effects.

Fuuinjutsu: Fukumu [Sealing Arts: Contain] A || Fuuinjutsu || Varies || Close || Supplementary
This seal is intended to be placed on the flesh of the chosen target; a good placement is on the neck. The seal itself is the size of an average adult's palm, but fades from black to a burned-in scar after application. It is shaped like an intricate circle. The user will pour a large amount of a selected elemental chakra into the seal as they create it, locking that chakra onto the target. It is unknown what will happen if the elemental chakra used is an advanced nature. Once creating this seal in the target, the user will place a similar seal on themselves, Fuuinjutsu: Hanatsu [Sealing Arts: Release].

Once the user places Fuuinjutsu: Fukumu [Sealing Arts: Contain] on their target, they will place this seal either on themselves or on an object such as a scroll to carry on their person. This second seal acts as a power switch, and when activated, releases the chakra that is contained in the Fukumu seal. The chakra in the Fukumu seal will permeate the victim's body, concentrated in the area where it was placed, hence why the neck is a nice area. Once the chakra is released, depending on how much was put in the seal, it can result in anything from a distraction to crippling. Because elemental chakra is used, each of the five elements respond differently.
Katon: When the katon chakra is released from the seal, it will flood the victim's immediate surrounding flesh and chakra, searing them with intense, painful heat that can even leave scorch marks.
Suiton: When the suiton chakra is released from the seal, it will flood the victim's surrounding flesh and chakra, bogging them down, making them feel saturated in water and make them feel as if they are drowning.
Raiton: When the raiton chakra is released from the seal, it will flood the victim's immediate surrounding flesh and chakra, sending waves of painful electricity through them.
Fuuton: When the fuuton chakra is released from the seal, it will flood the victim's immediate flesh and chakra, painfully forcing air into their bodies, causing miniscule lacerations that slash apart capillaries and cause bruising painfully.
Doton: When the doton chakra is released from the seal, it will flood the victim's immediate flesh and chakra, weighing them down, making them feel swollen, sluggish, and heavy.
The length of time the user is under the effects differs between each element and amount of chakra used. The Katon, Raiton, and Fuuton effects are generally instantaneous ith varying degrees of intensity, where the suiton and doton effects are more time-gradual. It is unknown what will occur if advanced element chakra is used.
The amount of chakra pushed into the Hantasu seal is directly relevant to the amount released from the Fukumu seal, meaning not all of the contained chakra needs to be spent at once. However, if the user and the victim get further than 50 meters apart, the seal cannot be activated, but it will not disappear until the chakra has either been expended or the seal removed.
