After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
This is a fun, albiet complicated one. You ask a truth or a dare of the person who posted before you. Truth has to be answered In-Character, but will not impact in-play knowledge between characters. Dare is a little more difficult that it has to be a roleplay sample of your character completing that dare as IC as possible. When recieving your truth or your dare (You specify which one you want, as the game goes), you will put your answer/sample in [ spoiler ] tags within your same post (this keeps your post from being annoying and long). I used to play this game as the dare had to happen in character in an actual legit thread, but this way has no impact in the IC gameplay unless you want it to. Below I'll give an example as well as my turn. Have fun with this one, gaiz.
Oh, it's rather important that you have a character. Doesn't need to be approved yet but seeing as this is an IC game...
Dare by Sakaki Okami: I dare ya to shave off your hair!
Of all the things...
Yuu clawed at his head, fingers getting even more embedded into the sticky honey that coated it. It wasn't coming out. The small bees had honey like glue. It was not going to come out. It was not, it was not, it was noooot. In frustration he yanked his hands painfully free, locks of lilac hair coming with. It barely came off the hands as it was; that's why the bees are always far away when they spit their honey.
It wasn't like he meant to. They sent him into the hive to collect Royal honey. Going in the hive always set Yuu on edge normally, but one of the two-inch bees buzzing straight into his ear was his downfall, the steel pail slipping from his fngers when he automatically swatted at it. The pail loudly clattered on the stone floor of the hive, startling many of the bees around him. The first response was always to shoot with the adhesive honey. If the threat continued, stinging would follow.
Unfortunately for Yuu, that meant being covered in the stuff. Spitting the remaining thick, acrid honey from his mouth, he pulled a kunai from his pouch in disdain. The clothes could be discarded, but the honey was worse than gum in the hair. Lock by lock, matted lilac hair fell to the ground, many bees stopping to inspect the clippings. It would take a few weeks for the hair to grow back, but he'd had to shear it off close to the scalp. Running a hand across the uneven, choppy peachfuzz, the utter mortification continued to grow in the pit of his stomach. Kyo was never going to let him live this down.

He cleared his throat and with a smug grin he answered. "By being the best at what I do, also I might have found a wolf pup that was injured and managed to get its mother to come and get it. Craziest moment of my life."
