After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

Tiger Rush is a technique created and utilized by Yuki Orochisai of the Bloody Mist. After learning from the very best of Kenjutsu users in his youth, Yuki has combined all the different methods of Kenjutsu into one powerful style which's power has only been harnessed by the great Yuki himself. In this style, Yuki concentrates solely on the art of attack and dishes out powerful kenjutsu, combining his techniques with both his tremendous speed and agility, he can dish out quite a slice. In this style the user will usually always be moving, unless it it is absolutely necessary to stop, even though he is moving at such great speeds his eye's are able to track his opponent's movements and attacks. Also, while in this style Yuki imagines he is surrounded by a small dome - which is referred to as the "Zero Point" - if an opposing attack reaches the outer point of the dome then Yuki is meant to defend against it and launch a counter-attack. The Zero Point is roughly several meters in range, it can reach ten depending on how well concentrated Yuki is. After a successful block, deflection or evasion, Yuki will unleash a swift, powerful and agle counter-attack which often catches the opponent off-guard due to Yuki going at such high speeds.
Mai Izureka Za Shiroi Taigaa [Dance of the White Tiger]
S || KENJUTSU || N/A || CLOSE-RANGE || OFFENSIVE
Yuki leans forward on his toes and prepares his blade for immediate attack. He draws the sword, pumping Suiton chakra over the blade. Water pours forth, creating a long, thin water blade over 90 meters long. The water is moving so fast that it cuts through rock and metal with ease. The stream lasts for a very short time before dying out, so it requires a swift swordsman to maximize it's effectiveness.. Yuki is able to maneuver this blade with great ease and with no visible burden. With it he can shred attacks at long range, providing a powerful defense and offense.

For one to successfully master this technique they must have mastered the art of the single draw. Power, precision and speed are all put into a single drawing motion with the blade, as the user simply swings their blade with controlled ferocity. The blade is capable of cutting straight through diamond, though what is generated by the sudden swipe is far more dangerous than the blade itself. A shock wave blade is launched along the arc of the swing, being launched as far as fifty meters before its power lessens. Within that range, anything that's hardness does not exceed the cutting potential of the sword itself will be cut without mercy. With a circling swing, the entire area surrounding the user can be cut in twain. With even multiple exertions, one can even uses such powerful swipes in quick succession, working to tear through opposing forces in moments.
Kyuu-mukatta Taigaa [Nine-Headed Tiger]
A || KENJUTSU || N/A || CLOSE-RANGE || OFFENSIVE
A dashing attack that utilizes Yuki's monster speed to get in to within a meter of the opponent and consecutively strike the nine vital pressure points in one's arms and stomach area on the opponent's body from a normal kenjutsu stance, as each of these nine pressure points of the targets body are for moving one's arms, impairing them to successfully perform hand-seals and the pressure points that are stroke in the stomach cause great pain to the opponent. This technique is said to be very hard to dodge and is a pre-requisite for the succession technique. With enough strength packed into the attack the sword of Yuki can go all the way through one of the pressure points of the opponent which could potentially cripple the opponent.
Kage Izureka Za Taigaa [Shadow of the Tiger]
A || KENJUTSU || N/A || CLOSE-RANGE || OFFENSIVE
Yuki pushes and slides the sword blade with his right hand so as to increase the speed of the sword. In this way, a slash with tremendous speed is produced. At the last possible moment he switches hands, so that the reach of this upward slash is increased even further.
Taigaa Tsuchi [Tiger Hammer]
A || KENJUTSU || N/A || CLOSE-RANGE || OFFENSIVE
Yuki first starts in the stance of the tiger to give him extra power in his jump. Yuki jumps high into the air using all his momentum and while utilizing the momentum of the fall, he unsheathes his katana's and brings the sharpest point of the blade down on the opponent's head or shoulder. If the technique lands successfully, the user could potentially die. This technique can also be performed with the sword sheathed used to knock an opponent out.
Taigaa Maki Senkou [Tiger Coiling Flash]
A || KENJUTSU || N/A || CLOSE-RANGE || OFFENSIVE
This technique defies the attacking portion of this style and is often used as a counter-attack against a thrust or charge, Yuki sidesteps a forward-moving opponent and moves past them. In doing so, Yuki spins in a full circle, adding momentum and centrifugal force to the strength of the sword swing, which is then aimed at either the opponent's back or back of the neck.
Senpū Kattā [Whirlwind Cutter]
B || KENJUTSU || N/A || CLOSE-RANGE || OFFENSIVE
A Kenjutsu technique utilizing the Tiger Stance. This technique is best used when Yuki has gained momentum to cause serious damage. Holding the blades while in tiger stance, Yuki will twist around and begin to spin rapidly and can move forward if they wish. This technique takes lots of training and years of experience. As they're spinning the force from the spinning creates cutting winds the same sharpness as the blades up fifteen meters around them. Once they're done spinning however they tend to be left dizzy if they have been spinning for a while, and without proper training will be left open. It's best to use this technique in a short burst to avoid that affect.
Kūchū Surasshu [Aerial Slash]
B || KENJUTSU || N/A || CLOSE-RANGE || OFFENSIVE
Yuki will first for a brief moment crouch on the ground before jumping and launching themselves into the air. As they do this they perform a barrel roll, their blades in their hands the true edge facing outward. As they jump and roll they only jump just over the head(s) of the enemy so as they role in the air the blades make contact with the backs and back of the heads and even their face's. If hit the wound would most likely be fatal from the force and momentum of the attack.
Taigaa Funzen [Tiger Wrath]
C || KENJUTSU || N/A || CLOSE-RANGE || OFFENSIVE
A technique where Yuki quickly changes the moment and trajectory of his slash. First he attacks with one strike from his sword, but quickly changes the sword strike from mid-slash to his other hand on the opponents less defended area. The change is nearly instant, but must have great timing and calculative knowledge to be done effectively.
The weakness of this technique is that due to the sword strike being a mid-air transition slash it is weaker than a full on slash thus if defended correctly it becomes a useless strike. Also the sword can be knocked away if not caught in mid-air in time by the user or the opponent has reflexes greater than or rivaling that of the user.
Taigaa Shi [Tiger Sequence]
D || KENJUTSU || N/A || CLOSE-RANGE || OFFENSIVE
A technique that revolves a basic idea that Yuki created himself. Instead of aiming to land lethal blows upon his foe, Yuki will aim to merely land strikes that will just break the skin enough to bleed slightly. As such this technique revolves around more of a mental warfare kind of thing, depending on the target.
Alright first off, some of these still need some japanese names. Get on that, yo. Personally I recommend using Japanod.com if you're looking for translations.
Dance of the White Tiger - 200 meters? Bro, that's like.... 1 3/4 football fields. Which is a lot of space, yo. While I don't necessary oppose this I would like a more precise time limit. Also I feel like that much water would weigh a shit ton, but that's just me.
Will of the Tiger - Could you tell me where you found this? As this is straight-up a carbon copy of something on Naruto Exrinction [another RP site], I just wanna know if there's a common source you found it from. If not, I'd be a lot more comfortable if you were to rewrite this in your own words. It makes me slightly nervous about your other techniques, but hell I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
Tiger Sequence - Honestly, you could make this one a D-rank if you feel inclined to. I can see why it's a C-rank in terms of the control it takes to use, but it does so little I'd be chill with that.
Other than that, my only question is if other mist shinobi will be able to learn this later on? Just seems like a lot of trouble to make an entire (beautiful, I might add) kenjutsu style for use by only one person. Other than that, I like what I see!

Dance of the White Tiger - Nerfed to ninety meters and the water would weigh a shit-tonne, hence I made it S Rank, Killer B was able to pick up two buildings sometime in Shippuden so I would think that this would make sense.
Will of the Tiger - I actually found this on a site called Naruto: The Fracture, I used to RP on that site a lot and was a temporary MOD. It's actually closed down now but a guy that used to RP on there named Tagger had this jutsu, I coincidental had him on Skype and asked him permission to use it. I can take a picture of our skype conversation, also, if you want me to remove this I can but the original Naruto Fracture was open before Naruto Extinction and I think that jutsu might be older than Naruto Extinction lol.
Tiger Sequence - Nerfed down to D.
This Tiger shit is a thing invented by Yuki himself but I guess I could make it Mist only unless it's passed on to someone outside the Mist. But if it is passed on to someone outside of the Mist another person outside the Mist MUST learn it ICly, no exceptions.
