I personally think that maybe over the years, the people of the great villages have came up with more weapons than 7 swords of mists.
So initially, yes the 7 swords of mist from Kiri. Fans from Sunagakure, not sure exactly how many. Clubs/Hammers from Iwa. Armour from Kumogakure.  And possibly projectiles from Konoha, like minato's weird ass odd shaped kunai

Fans - Suna

1. A fan that manipulates Fūton, and is a giant folding fan, allowing the user to stand/ride atop it like a ninja magic carpet.
   
2. Fan covered in complex sealing array, can store shit tons of weapons and fling them out
   
3. A traditional signaling fan, with patterns on both sides, allowing the user to do some kind of genjutsu or making their genjutsu stronger idk yet.
   
4. Bashōsen - that thing, cause fuck it why not
   
5. Fan with bladed sides that folds into a giant-ass broadsword, channels chakra nature

Blunt Weaponry - Iwa

2. Jidanda [Stamping] - that chain and ball thing that tenten had cuz that was epic aft

6. Warhammer with seal that imparts effects similar to a limited version of the added-weight rock technique
7. Mace that can absorb rock and such to become heavier

Small Weaponry - Konoha

4. Meteor Hammer - super heavy despite small size, convert chakra in flames when in motion (near shaktuon heats)
5. Rope Dart, attached to braces - "rope" made of chakra threads
6. Sash that extends like a third arm (third arm sash anybody?)

Swords - Kiri

1. We're using the original seven, cause fuck making more work for ourselves

Armour, shit like a samurai Yoroi that encases the user entirely when chakra is applied, like silver samurai type shit, cover their face and all but allowing them to see. An armour that allows the user to swim differently. Maybe an armour that allows camoflouge. 


This is an idea in the making, so feel free to throw your ideas/opinons out there.

Could do some sort of Iwa weapon that has the power to add "weight" to someone with each successfully landed blow.

Suna could have a fan that could turn into an umbrella as well, idk special ability wise, maybe it could then be used to summon tools similarly to how the Ame nin do with senbon in their umbrellas though they aren't seal related.
