After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
This relatively simple technique allows a shinobi to breath out a powerful gust of wind. The exact strength and range of the technique is dependent on the user, but normally it reaches no further than thirty meters. When used by a superior shinobi this wind can flatten acre-sized expanses of forestry, and send the trees flying through air.
A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
The user takes a deep breath and then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range. The number of projectiles, combined with the speed at which they travel, make this attack difficult to avoid without incurring any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of potentially piercing through an opponent's flesh upon collision.
A series of hand seals infuse the air within the shinobi's lungs with fūton chakra, which sharpens the air that it saturates. Users need only exhale to unleash a flurry of wind blades from their open mouths, which can travel distances of up to twenty meters. These projectiles are keen enough to cleave through tree trunks and carve deep gouges into solid stone. The shape and trajectory of the blades can be altered by moving ones head, such as firing multiple blades at different angles or spinning in place to create an expanding ring of sharpened wind.
The user exhales wind-infused chakra onto a bladed weapon in order to increase its sharpness, range and lethality. For example, the user can infuse a kunai to resemble a makeshift scimitar or infuse shuriken to increase their range and cutting power.
The user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.
Wind chakra is condensed into the form of a miniaturized tornado in ones mouth or in the palm of the hand. Once released, this compressed cyclone rapidly expands outward and forms a localized tornado, uprooting trees and hurling shinobi and boulders alike through the air with ease. The destruction left in this technique's aftermath resembles that of a tornado tearing through the area and destroying the environment, a testament to this technique's power.
With a set of seals, the user will call forth a massive gust of wind to fly toward target(s) within fifty meters. This massive buffet, almost half the height of a boss summon, quickly condenses as it flies, becoming an invisible cutting blade capable of severing steel without stopping. The blade itself can be altered when fired, instead being multiple smaller invisible cutting forces instead of one large bulk, though this lowers the killing ability of each individual attack. A technique of immense proportion, this jutsu is often used to destroy large structures or incapacitate massive beasts. Though it is generally initiated with seals, one can skip this step if they are capable of creating powerful gusts on their own, through use of large fans or otherwise. - rewrite me, this is plagarism

A momentary discharge of fūton chakra create a meter-long construct of razor-sharp wind extending from ones fingertips, with a cutting edge keen enough to effortlessly sunder flesh and stone . As this blade is composed solely from chakra-laden wind it possesses no truly tangible mass, and as such cannot be blocked by traditional means. The wind will merely move around or cut through anything in its path, as opposed to being stopped dead in its tracks. The wind blades can be thrown like projectiles in rapid succession, adding to the danger in facing them in combat.
