After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Freya Torikku Kikku [Freya Trick Kick] D||Taijutsu || non elemental|| Close || Defense/offense
Freya’s secret taijutsu technique, it’s a Evasive/Counter taijutsu move Freya came up with, once an opponent has decided to try straight forward taijutsu or close range moves Freya does a back flip , when both arms are firmly planted on the surface Freya’s feet are firm together in the air and she is capable of looking around for her target, just as they close in Freya’s legs drop down and her body shifts as her legs go in-between her hands and back up to kick the opponent on the chin, with enough force it knocks them away.
Freya creates orbs of lightning around her feet and kicks her foe increasing damage to them by causing burns on area of impact.

Freya creates an orb of lightning around her fist used for punching her foes and increasing the damage, because she is using lightning The area that she punches her foes in leaves small burns on the area of impact.
Raiton Tsukurou [Lightning mend] D|| Medical Ninjutsu || Lightning ||Close||Supplement
There are times on the battlefield where there isn’t time on the battlefield to use mystical palm to repair everything proper, so that’s why Freya created the Lightning mend a medical ninjutsu where Freya channels small orbs of lightning Chakra onto the finger tips that cauterize the wounds by using lightning to burn the open wound shut to prevent blood loss
Aidentii Tonan[Identity Theft] C|| Genjutsu || Non elemental ||Medium||Offensive/defensive
A genjutsu Freya created that is designed for group combat, in hopes that it provides her time to help her heal her allies by confusing her opponents, Once the hand seals is done the targets of the genjutsu will see each other as the Freya and her allies while Freya and the others will appear to be as the Foe’s team mates so the foes attack each other this jutsu also fools the sense of sound
Tenshi Hokori[Angel Dust] C||Genjutsu || non elemental || Mid range || Offensive
A genjutsu designed for diversionary purposes, Angel dust is a genjutsu that simulates the affects of illegal drugs, The genjutsu works by blocking signals to the conscious mind from other parts of the human brain to cause a hallucinogenic affect which includes sensory deprivation, dissociation, euphoria it may even cause memory impairment the real kick of this jutsu comes into effect when it's dispelled or cancel it leaves opponent with withdrawal symptoms
Itami Yokusei [Pain Suppression] C||Genjutsu || Non elemental || Medium || Supplemental
An unorthodox genjutsu that Freya cast on her allies, there are times in battle where physical pain is a hindrance, makes a shinobi weak and unable to think past the pain to formulate ways to survive. That’s why Freya created the pain suppression genjutsu by using the genjutsu to block the pathways that transmit pain the target is free from physical based pain allowing them to operate as normal provided that the wound doesn’t prevent them from operating as normal.
Kouho Haiho[Stepping Method] D|Taijutsu || Non elemental || Close ||Defensive/Offensive
A taijutsu where Freya moves her feet when she steps forward with the right foot she can put the weight on it and leave the left foot free allowing her to pivot away to the side of her target, Freyaalso leaves her upper body in place until the very last moment and by pivoting away Freya can easily avoid opponents taijutsu.
Raiton Kikku [Lightning Kick] and Raiton Panchi [Lightning Punch] - The fact that she's creating orbs of lightning, as opposed to generating an electrical current in her hand or foot, makes me think these should be at least a C-rank. Also we already have something similar to your Raiton Panchi in the universal Raiton jutsu, if you want to check it out.
Raiton Tsukurou [Lightning mend] - This is actually really cool, I'm a fan. Kind of like using a blow torch on a dudes skin, but only with electricity. I feel like this would only really be effective on smaller wounds though - if you try to burn a giant wound shut, peeps will just end up with some serious burns overtop of a gaping hole in the stomach.

Tenshi Hokori[Angel Dust] - While I'm not the best genjutsu guy, the number of side effects this technique can cause it a little high for my tastes - at least, for a C-rank. I'll talk to the other mods and see what they think.
Itami Yokusei [Pain Suppression] - The ability to completely block pain receptors seems like it should be a higher rank than this, especially used at a range. I would be okay with this partially blocking pain receptors and thus dulling physical pain as a C-rank. I'd also like an idea of how long this lasts - is it just X minutes per casting? Or is it a constant output of chakra in order to sustain its effects?
Aidentii Tonan[Identity Theft] - I had a last minute thought here, does this technique only effect visual perception? Or does it alter voices, smells, etc to match the new identities?
so pain supression no longer blocks but distorts the pain so it dosn't hurt as much the dust also dosn't block anymore but also distorts identity theft also fools the sense of sound and as been added
