After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Characteristics: Storm Release is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that combines lightning and water-based chakra to create energy beams that can be guided towards the enemy.
This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then the technique encircles the user's hand and from that the beams are shot out towards the enemy. The user is able to alter the beams direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy. If several shinobi use this technique at once, it also has the convenient side effect of blinding the opponent
Ranton: Raiunkūha [Storm Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave] C || Ninjutsu || Ranton || Short || Offensive/Defensive
The user will create a cluster of black clouds with electricity sparking around them and encase themselves within this ring where anything that comes in contact will be electrocuted. From within the clouds the user can unleash streams of lighting at their enemies paralyzing them if they come into contact with them.
Ranton: Raiun [Storm Release: Thundercloud] C || Ninjutsu || Ranton || short || Supplementary/Offensive
The user creates a small black cloud with electricity stored within it. The cloud is solid enough for the user to ride upon and soar through the air at a steady pace of twenty-five miles per hour. From the cloud the user can launch small balls of electricity that can stun anyone who might be hit by them.
Ranton: Rekkoha [Storm Release: Rending Light Supremacy] A || Ninjutsu || Ranton || Medium || Offensive
The user slams a fist into the ground and from beneath them and their targets arises large beams of energy that slightly carry their targets and shocking their entire body with high voltage.
Ranton Ōgi: Rankiryū [Storm Release Secret Technique: Demon Dragon Storm] A || Ninjutsu || Ranton || Long || Offensive
The user creates a large thundercloud in the shape of a dragon and that can fire beams of electricity from their mouths. The user can pour more of their chakra into the dragons to increase their size and ferocity of them and can cause them to grow indefinitely if they have enough chakra to spare.

Sorry, just had to comment on that one. I couldn't think of anything else. I could easily approve these jutsu, but I will be honest.. they're extremely underpowered. Every last one of them is practically the same thing. Give 'em some oomph. Make them more versatile, that sort of thing. As of right now they're just sorta.. bland.
