After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

Tounyuu[Throw] D || TAIJUTSU || N/A || CLOSE-RANGE || OFFENSIVE
This Taijutsu is quite simple yet quite devastating if utilized correctly. When the opponent is within grappling distance, the user will just grab them and throw them into the air by changing their center of gravity. By grabbing hold of a part of their clothing or a part of their body, by pulling their arm back up and with a flick of the wrist, the user can send a giant, if done right, flying into never-land.
This kick seems rather simple when used but is designed to halt the movements of an opponent completely, preferably a speeding one. Only one's with great strength and focus can successfully perform this technique. To perform this technique, one simply combines both speed and power into their kick in the direction of a moving opponent, using the strength from the kick to bring their opponent to a halt. The momentum of the opponent's movements is used against himself upon impacting the leg; the faster the opponent moves, the more damage will be done. Regardless of stopping the opponent or not, the kick will still deal a fair share of damage to whoever it may impact. From outright winding an opponent to breaking their bones.
This specific Taijutsu is one of the more dangerous Taijutsu's that exists and is capable of splitting mountains in half, creating massive sinkholes and outright obliterating people. It is usually not used for targeting one specific person but moreso an army of shinobi. The user gains momentum by going into a sprint and after a couple seconds they launch into the air as high as they can, utilizing the momentum from the drop, they extend one of their legs and simply kick the ground. The sheer force of the kick is enough to create gaps in the earth and split mountains in two, if, however used on a specific shinobi, it is almost guaranteed to break bones in half and even death in some cases. Only a shinobi with the body of a diamond enforced with bits and pieces of a mountain and with a solid doton barrier can stop this technique without getting hurt.
“I was thinking your first "Throw" should be bumped up but you have it listed a second time under B rank. Is this an error on your part, or is it a stronger variation of the same jutsu? The first one I'd have bumped to a C rank considering you can throw giants regardless of our own size going by the description. Either remove one or reword them as separate jutsu with different names. We're also waiting on those Japanese names.”
