After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

Appearances: The clan members usually have light eyes be it blue, green or brown. No members of the clan have grey or odd colored eyes. The common hair colors are brown and orange. There are no members with naturally blond or black hair (as well as unnatural hair colors) all clan members (with an expectation of those with mixed blood) have a bit of hair that grows into the shape of antennas. This hair is a bit harder than the rest of it. Women usually have their 'antenna' grow forward while men have them grow backward. The members of the clan have a reputation of being very attractive (which is necessary for the way the clan members act). The women of the clan are usually shorter than average, while man tend to be taller than an average person. Male members of the clan most commonly have an oval face shape. The women usually have a round one. If a member of the clan extracts vemon out of their body, their lips turn violet or lilac due to the vemon coming out (it is only extracted from the lips), very few members of the clan can get yellowish-green lips as their body produces 2 types of vemon. At the age of 10, the children get the clan symbol tattooed onto their body.
History: It is unknown when and where the Kumoro clan came to exist. All that was known about them for a long time is that they are nomads and that they use predatory insects as their familiars and partners in battle. It was also known that they if they come across a member of a fellow clan that uses insects, they rush into battle and do their best to injure and harm their opponent as much as possible but yet keep him, or her alive. If their target lost the battle and lived, they would take the person with them. They would never be returning back. The reason was found only after many years as someone was able to track the Kumoro and spy on them unnoticed. What that unknown spy found gave them their nickname 'The Widows'. They would treat the wounds on their hostage but it was all about 'hunting' and 'mating'. As many females of predatory insects would do, they would devour (murder) their mates. The person who had a 'successful hunt' and brought a member of a different clan with them would be the one to mate if they were opposite sex and the Kumoro was the right age. If not, they would 'gift' their 'prey' to a member of their choice. Males who were captured would be killed as soon as the Kumoro woman was pregnant. A hostage woman would be find her death as soon as she gave birth.
At a certain point 20 years into the past, the clan has split in two groups. The biggest part- Kumoro members who are clinging to their tradition of rape and murder. The other group of "rebels" (as there have been nicknamed by the main clan), a much smaller group than the first one. The separation happened as a result of one female member refusing to kill a member of the Aburame clan as well as refusing to mate with him or letting anyone else have him. It started with her and a few other women finding a badly injured man on a battle field full with corpses. The first "rebel" tricked her comrades to believe the man was too badly injured to be used as he will die in an hour at most making it a waste of time to drag him back to the camp. Secretly hiding him and treating his wound he got better with time. Before he could leave on his way back to Konohagakure, the Kumoro clan found him and took him to their camp, knowing that one of their most skilled medics could help him. Her name was Mariane, they brought him to her so she can have a child and kill the man believing she took care of him only for this reason and did not want to upset her family in case of a failure. She refused all she had to do and created chaos which helped her escape together with the man. Her reasoning was simple - not all predatory females kill their mates and even when there is a breed that does, the male is sometimes able to escape. This made her believe that what they did wasn't natural. Yet, the biggest reason she had for believing things had to change was the children. She saw how the kids born out of the hunts were raised. The lack of a parent was highly noticeable. The way the clan treated those children was twisted in her opinion as well. If the child would be a "success" and carry all of the typical Kumoro characteristics, he and his only parent would get great respect and VIP treatment. If the Child was a "failure" he, or she would be seen as garbage, like they worth nothing and the parent would many time abandon the child at the age of 13. In her view it was just cruel. If a child had no antennas, had black hair or dark eye color.... They will be no one. They will be out casts. The mistreatment, the picking on by other kids, especially the "successful" ones and other thing made it a common even when a child to take his own life. Mariane simply couldn't take it any long.
After the escape, she secretly approached other members she knew shared her ideals and were disgusted with their clan. Some who like her, help members of other clans instead of "devouring them". One person at a time, the "Kumoro rebels" were founded. With Mariane Kumoro and Aburame Rin as the people who lead them. All members of the rebels have removed the clan symbol from their body and now have a scar on the spot instead.
After the "betrayal" of their children, the main clan has set it as their goal to hunt down any of rebels. While the Rebels only wish to fix their reputation, and settle down once and for all. with no success yet. Both part keep the name they have had - Kumoro, and only between themselves they use the nicknames of "The Kumoro Rebels" or "The Main Clan". the rest of the world is unfamiliar with the fact that now there are 2 groups.
Legacy of power
Everything about the Kumoro is about their hunt and the way to get their pray. For this matter they have developed several features to help themselves.
In their body, special glands can be found around the area of the mouth. These glands produce venom and stores it for later use. When being used is seeps from the lips in a similar way sweat would. There is no need for the user to inject in into the body of their enemy, all needs to be done is to make direct contact with skin and the venom will be absorbed (a small kiss on the cheek works perfectly well). there are two types of venom: 1. "purple lips" or "violet lips": when the vemon leaves the body, the users lips will be colored violet or purple depending on the amount of venom coming out and how concentrated it is. the stronger and darker the color is, the more dangerous it is. This venom is meant to kill. the strength of the venom will define how much time does the victim have before the darkness will take over. 2. "yellowish-green lips": this venom can be produced by very few members of the clan and it is meant for paralyzing the target. The rule of color stands and defines how long will the victim be unable to move.
other than the venom, each member of the Kumoro clan has a familiar. In the beginning only arachnids were available but with time, as blood of other clans was mixed in, insects started appearing as well. As result, there are now, spiders, scorpions, dragonflies, ladybugs, mantises and more being used. Each member has one familiar only for their whole life. In case the "little friend" dies, there will not be one to replace it therefore, the familiars are viewed as friends and the most loyal partners as they are unaffected by genjutsu. All of the familiars are much larger then a normal bug, for example, a ladybug will be the size of a tennis ball. They can live as long as a human-being (similar to the wolves and dogs of the Inuzuka clan). If the familiar bites the flesh of his master he can grow into enormous size, (a mantis that is 3 meters tall anyone?) or just fill it's stomach in case it cant hunt for some reason. The members get their familiar around the age of 3. They will not remember how, where or when it happened. It will first appear when the child is completely alone.
Some are able to summon a bunch of other insects of huge size to battle but can only give them one single task. They will all vanish after 7 minutes.
The one final technique the clan has is their most feared feature. "Charm" as they call it. When being activated pheromones will be coming out of the users body. They affect the most primitive parts of the human brain and cause the person caught up in it to lust for the user to the point where they will go mad. As it affects the physical brain alone, it is effective only on members of the opposite sex ignoring their sexuality and feeling. The person will be under the "spell" for one hour and will remember everything when they are free from it.
The Kumoro will give their "mates" a deadly kiss only after the "charm" is no longer controlling the mind of their "prey" so that they can enjoy the look on the victim's face as realization of what has happened hits them.
Wheen used special pheromones Will come out of the users body. Those pheromones affect the primitive parts in the humam brain which are controlling survival instincts. It is only effective against users from the opposite sex who have reached sexual maturity or are getting then.
When someone is affected by the technique, they will last and desire the user without controll and will not be able to differ friend and foe.
As the technique is affecting primitive parts of the brain, it ignores the sexuality and feelings of the target.
The time duration of the effect is depending on the age of the user.
15-22 years old user: Rank: C Duration: 10 minutes.
