After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Appearance: Tiara is a spider very similar to the Red Knee Tarantula in shape and color. Only differences that Tiara is almost twice as big and has 8 eyes. 1 pair of eyes is big and the other 3 are located around them. 3 small eyes on the side of each big one. When she is in her usual size, she can 'sit' on the whole surface of a grown mans head. She weights (normally) about 300 grams. In special cases she can grow much bigger and be as tall as a horse. In this form she weights about 100 Kilograms. normal size
Personality: Tiara is usually is a lazy spider and would prefer to ride Lien's head instead of crawl on her own. When it comes to hunting her food, she will spot a potential meal and hide waiting for the soon-to-be-dinner to come close to her. One of her main 'hobbies' is placing her web in a circular pattern on the head of any person she can get to. The web usually ends up looking like very soft silver tiara, from here she received her name.
When feeling that her owner is endangered, she will do all she can in order to aid her. For this she will grow and fight or carry Lien on her back in order to flee faster.
Special Abilities: Tiara is able to communicate with members of all insect controlling clans and all members of the Kumoro clan. She is unable to communicate with other humans but is able to understand what they say.
Instead of creating sticky web all the time, Tiara can choose whenever she wishes to add 'glue' to her web or not. Therefore, she has the ability to create 2 kinds of web. When is is in her big form, the size of the web is about 2 cm wide and can be used as a rope. being a spider web makes it much stronger and more durable than any normal rope would be.
If she bites her owners flesh and swallows even a tiny bit of it, she can grow into incredible size. The owners blood it the triger to the transformation. If she transforms, than from a spider the size of a grown mans head she reaches to a height of a horse. In extreme conditions it can last up to 10 hours (a potential condition will be bringing her dying owner to someone who can help her). If she transforms for so long, she will be unable to move for almost 48 hours, won't be able to hunt for 5 days and won't be able to 'grow' for 10 days. Usually the "transformation" will reverse and the spider will come back to it's normal size after an hour or two as it drains them from their energy. After a short time being a "mega spider" she will require a rest of 2 days without transforming and won't be able to hunt for 16 hours. (In cases there is just no food for her to hunt, she can just 'nom' on Lien to fill her stomach.)
Her fangs contain typical spider vemon, it is deadly to insects, spiders, scorpions and small animals. It is usually not dangerous to people, but will create high fever and a general feeling of sickness. It might be deadly to people if a very big amount of it was injected. The death will usually not be caused by the venom itself but by it's side effects (as high fever that won't go down for a long time). Since it's a very common venom, an antidote to it can be found in any clinic and hospital.

Jesus christ, you're making nightmares a reality here. I'd just like if you could go into a little more detail about the whole "turning into a horse-sized monstrosity" - what exactly makes it happen? How long does it last? Etc.
