After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Utilizing the basic use of the Baika no Jutsu to expand his torso, Choulin will rapidly inhale air to inflate his stomach to a greatly large size. Similar to a balloon filled with helium gas, this action causes the user’s mass to greatly degree and allow him to float upon water, raise up into the air, and hover above the ground. He may additionally rapidly expel this air to zip him forwards (or backwards - depending on from which end the expelling comes from) at high speeds.This may be used to greatly increase the size of the Akimichi’s shadow to pair with a Nara’s Kage Mane no Jutsu or to set-up an accelerated Nikudan Sensha attack.
Akimichi hold very high fat reserves. While mainly acting as additional chakra to be used in battle, Choulin’s obesity holds alternative qualities. After forming the required hand signs, he will focus his chakra across his fat, making his body take upon his spongy, rubbery-like texture. Though not cosmetically changing his body, should he be attacked, strikes will seemingly “sink” into his frame. This forces the kinetic energy to traverse across the entirety of his body, making the impact “bounce” off of him like glue to rubber. Punches that can break bones leave only bruising behind while sword slashes that normally could decapitate turn into small cuts. The greater area the attack covers, the less effective this shield becomes.
HYAKKAN OTOSHI [ONE HUNDRED KAN DROP] D-RANK || HIDAN NINTAIJUTSU || SHORT RANGE || OFFENSIVE, SUPPLEMENTARY
An alternative method of performing the “Baika no Jutsu,” Choulin will alter his mass as opposed to increasing his size. By directly increasing his weight, the ninja is able to make his hits strike with devastatingly more strength than normal. Though it may be combined with any taijutsu, this technique is the most devastating when performed with a large belly-drop.
Inspired off his favorite arcade game, Choulin will focus his chakra across his body while utilizing Nikudan Sensha. This chakra acts as an additional means of controlling the Human Meat Tank, allowing Choulin to bounce whenever he wishes. When combined with trees, rocks, or similar obstacles, the user easily resembles the bouncing ball in a pinball machine, shifting about in an almost unpredictable manner.
NEKKI KIKYUU [HOT AIR BALLOON] - No criticisms, this just reminds me of a certain video
SHIBOU NO TATE [BLUBBER SHIELD] - Loving it, however I'd like it a bit more if using this restricted his mobility - considering it's a C-rank and all. Doesn't have to render him totally immobile, as I'm assuming it requires a constant chakra drain to sustain its effects.
HYAKKAN OTOSHI [ONE HUNDRED KAN DROP] - Gimme an idea of how much mass he gains so as we know just how much more force he hits with (though strictly this isn't the right use of the word "mass" persay, but whatever this series is bullshit anyway).

I envisioned that Shibou no Tate would have a pretty hefty chakra drain, like all Akimichi clan techniques (its why they are lard asses to begin with lol). If I shifted it to a B-Rank, would it be okay without a decrease in mobility?
Well, One Hundred Kan is like 825 pounds...so....increase his weight by 825?
