After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
A high-speed, powerful straight punch with a twist in the wrist to strengthen its power. Through continuous training, Maō has developed a "boxer's straight" punch. Having been trained countless times, having a characteristic sharpness and speed that is capable of easily breaking bones and smashing stone and dent steel when it hits. This technique is usually done after priming an opponent with a succession of high-speed strikes in order to strengthen the probability of a clean strike as well as measuring distance, and in that combination, finish the opponent through the opportunity.
Bakushin [The Dash]
B || Taijutsu || None || Short to Middle Range [0-15 Meters] || Supplementary
It's a skill that allows for high-speed movement, both back and forth out of an opponents range, and can be used to close great distances quickly. What's most important in this technique is that one can still attack while using it, because it makes use of footwork, and intricate leg movements to perform the skill. This is often considered a teleportation skill, but it works by physical means rather than using chakra to instantly appear and uses the stamina of the user instead through hard training of the legs and hips instead of by spiritual means.
The technique can also be done for a full three-hundred and sixty degree movement for short bursts in moments of changing pace including encircling the opponent themselves in which one can strike the opponent with a succession of blows, making it highly versatile. This skill can be done after every other post and cannot be used successively. Also the beginning levels (genin) of this technique start at 5 meters of capable movement, and as they move up ranks, the move gains 10 more meters in its maximum movement capacity.
Kossetsu [Bone Crusher]
B || Taijutsu || None || Very Short|| Offensive
An exceptionally powerful low kick, and named for the power which it possesses when done correctly. It is a kick that places all the weight of the user into the kicking leg, adding to its force by a tremendous amount. The force of it has enough power to blast through metal substances and through its power, it has enough force to completely smash through weaker opponents legs if they can't properly defend against it (let that sink in for a moment). Unlike a "normal" low kick however, thanks to being thrown with the body's weight it hits harder and has greater speed, but one also has a slower recovery period.
Hazusu Kaunta [Slip Counter]
C || Taijutsu || None || Short || Offensive
More of a concept in battle than an actual technique. Slip Counter is an advanced skill in martial arts where the user telegraphs an opponents moves, predicting and then striking when least expected. The user basically slips an opponents strike, and then strikes them before they can settle back into their own defense or are caught off-guard, that's all their is to it. Although it may seem simple the mechanics of how to do this are numerous such as a head-slip or even rotating certain places of the body (such as the torso), a high-level technique in real boxing where the user turns the head at the exact point the opponents strike comes allowing for lessened damage, and striking as the opponent strikes. Dodging by a hair's breadth and then attacking the opponent by bum-rushing them with said punch and striking them with great accuracy, this is also considered a cross counter, and is usually done through the fists. Or constantly slipping by in constant minute movements that don't waste efforts, and attacking when the opponent makes a mistake.
Either way the skill is highly useful in battle, whether against another person's body itself or weaponry using the different dynamics of the body to perform a counter. Thanks to the physics of a counter, the the force of a strike from this move is twice as powerful than that of a regular strike and can be chained into any attack so long as it's a strike. However, if caught in an opponents attack instead by some miscalculation, the user instead takes that damage plus the opponents power making it highly dangerous and made only for the most courageous of close combat fighters.
Tone down your description of the strength a bit if you want it to stay a C-Rank. You make it sound like this jutsu can demolish a building, and if you want it to stay that strong, then you'll have to bump it up to a B.
Bakushin [The Dash]
On our forum, “our world” IS the “real world” so I'd prefer if you took that wording out. This one also feels like a B rank to me, because of how versatile it is. Also, we run on common sense, you don't need to write how often it can be used in a post or thread.
Kossetsu [Bone Crusher]
Again with “real world” wording. And again I feel anything “highly destructive” should be B rank. I think if you word it differently it can stay as a C rank.
Hazusu Kaunta [Slip Counter]
As for this one, I think it can work as a C rank.”
