After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

The user injects an explosive tag w/ kunai with a thin layer of chakra that protects the spark from being extinguished. The explosives are then dropped into a body of water and propelled forward by a burst of chakra. With increased skill comes the ability to deploy more tags.

SUITON: KODONA GAIDO-TSUKIGYORAI [Water Release: Advanced Guided Torpedo] B-Rank|| NINJUTSU || WATER || Mid to Long Range || Offensive
The user injects an explosive tag w/ kunai with a thin layer of chakra that protects the spark from being extinguished. The explosives are then dropped into a body of water and propelled forward by a burst of chakra. Once the desired speed is reached, the user is able to manipulate the direction of the torpedoes because of a small string of chakra connecting the shinobi and the explosive tags. The weapons are essentially controlled as submerged puppets.
A three hand-sign genjutsu technique designed to trigger the parts of the brain that control sleep functions and keep people alert and functioning. A relatively simple genjutsu that allows chakra to attack the brain, it is extremely slow and thus of limited use in combat. The attacker must maintain eye contact with the victim and they will not begin to feel its effects until after the first minute. For the next minute they will feel drowsiness, then extreme fatigue, and on minute five they will finally begin to fall asleep. The caster is unable to blink.
GENJUTSU: CHUMOKU NO MACHI [Illusion Technique: Attention Paralysis] C-Rank|| Genjutsu || N/A || Mid Range || Defensive
This technique forces the victim to maintain constant attention on the caster. Their eyes will constantly hone in on the ninja and they will be unable to look away. At this level, the user is also forced to maintain constant contact on the victim in order to keep the genjutsu activated, however they can break it simply by looking away. The technique is useful when there are multiple attackers and only one defender, as the caster can keep the victim's attention on them and allow their teammates to attack.
GENJUTSU: KODONA CHUMOKU NO MACHI [Illusion Technique: Advanced Attention Paralysis] B-Rank|| Genjutsu || N/A || Mid Range || Defensive
A more advanced version of Attention Paralysis, this genjutsu forces the victim to keep their attention honed in on the caster, but the caster is able to move around as he or she pleases and to break eye contact with the victim. The mind is so impacted by the genjutsu that they feel driven to seek out the caster and become stressed and pained if they cannot locate the caster until the genjutsu is broken. This makes supplemental attacks that disrupt vision especially painful on the victim.

I feel GENJUTSU: NERU [Illusion Technique: Sleep] should be at least C rank. There's a similar jutsu that's a higher rank, but seeing as it's reaaaally hard not to blink for five minutes I'd leave it at that.
