After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Nannari Senbon no Jutsu [Anything Senbon Technique] RANK || JUTSU TYPE || ELEMENT || RANGE || USE
With this jutsu, Delta can use chakra to manipulate suitable objects into makeshift senbon. Her most common object to use is flight feathers (most often from crows), but she'll also use things such as spines (Or quills, such as from porcupines), multitudes of pine needles or grass, sharpened twigs, even pencils or pens. Speed, distance, accuracy, and damage depends on the object(s) used.

Ninpou: Shokudo no Hebi [Ninja Art: Snake Gullet] B || Fuuinjutsu || N/A || Close || Supplementary
The user can swallow objects that are not intended for ingestion safely and wholly, such as scrolls, swords, explosives, or other objects, and then safely remove them. It is used for hiding important articles to smuggle within secure areas. This is accomplished by a seal placed at the back of the throat, and delta can swallow anything thin enough to fit in her mouth, even if the object is long. (Make even one joke, and I cut you.)
This is a specialized kenjutsu-genjutsu combination developed by Delta's father. It is generally performed with two katanas. The user will jump into the air and cross their arms after casting the genjutsu, grabbing each katana on the hip and withdrawing them quickly, arcing each arm outward and up as the swords are unsheathed. On the way down, the user brings their arms together at slightly different intervals onto the target, diagonally slashing into the opponent and crossing the blades.
The genjutsu seems to slow the target's perception; causing their vision to become distorted. They will feel as if their body has become sluggish, and the user will blur, causing the katanas extending outwards on the initial jump appear as a bird's wings extending. The genjutsu serves to confuse the target's senses and perception.
However, Delta compensated and modified the jutsu for use with a single katana, as she only weilds one (Although, she can perform the jutsu with dual swords, as she was initially taught). Instead of a straight jump upwards, she will spin, holding the sword in both hands and bringing it up. On the way down, she will deliver a diagonal slash, twist the blade, cut horizontally, twist again and diagonally slash upwards to meet the original puncture site. The mark left behind will be a triangle, or the Greek symbol Δ, meaning "delta". This is Delta's signature jutsu.

Let me start out by saying that quite a few of these jutsu I like, so we'll start with those.
Nannari Senbon no Jutsu [Anything Senbon Technique] - Approved
Ninpou: Shokudo no Hebi [Ninja Art: Snake Gullet] - Approved *Side Note; Seal in the back of throat means she lacks a gag reflex. Pretty handy for someone from the Red Light District, yahknowwhatImsaying /Bring on the shanking/
Zakurou Takesu Furaito [The Crow Takes Flight] - The fuck are you, Zorro? Approved
Now.. on to the rest of the jutsu. The ideas behind them are.. interesting. However, certain abilities, such as;
Hayasa no Oto Juudan [Speed of Sound Slice] and Ninpou: Kenmonkakuchi no Takameru [Ninja Art: Enhancement of the Six Senses]
Will likely never be approved by me without a few modifications. I understand that a lot of techniques that a shinobi uses have to do with heavy enhancement.. but there's a bit of an issue when you're sending chakra into your brain!
The brain is a very sensitive and packed bundle of nerves. It fires out hundreds of thousands of electrical impulses every millisecond. How, without medical knowledge, can your character even hope of specifically affecting the signals that affect the 'senses'?

I will neither admit nor deny I got part of that idea from Zorro.
Speed of sound slice: Truth be told, Delta was created for an AU naruto forum that allowed the use of guns; she needed to develop a jutsu that could stop bullets with her blade because she followed a more “true ninja” path. So that's what that jutsu was. Just modified a bit to deflect other oncoming projectiles that would move much more slowly than a bullet. I can rewrite the description or something, to try and make it sound more logical.
Enhanced senses: I don't care enough about this jutsu to fix it, I can just remove it unless you can think of a way I can simplify it and still achieve the intended function.
