After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

Tsuiwonasu no Sei no Jutsu [Sex Counterpart] C || Ninjutsu || N/A || N/A || Supplementary
A jutsu that physically alters the user's body, and doesn't require concentration to maintain, which also doesn't dispel when struck. An identity trick, it causes the user to distaff, changing their sex. It does not affect biology; a biological male will still be male, and vice versa, but can alter soft tissue form. It is a painful jutsu to use, but can be used an unlimited number of times.
It was developed by studying henge no jutsu, bubun baika no jutsu, and shouten no jutsu while in Konoha, but is now used at the flip of the coin and not for attack purposes. It takes the tiger and dragon seals to activate, and the reverse to deactivate.

Kamikaze no Kenshiko [Ninja Art: Sabre-Toothed Divine Wind Tiger] A || Ninjutsu || Fūton || All || Offensive
Summons a controlled vortex of wind in the form of a sabre-toothed tiger. The intense wind rotates around molded chakra, and is the size of a horse. The wind sucks in debris from the surrounding area, and slashes to pieces anything it comes into contact with. Activating the jutsu sends the blast of wind towards the target, can affect a wide area. When the jutsu is released, the vortexing wind whiplashes and sends the debris flying in all directions, cutting to pieces anything within ten yards of it. Requires eighteen seals to use.
Kiatsukei no Jutsu [Art of Barometrics] A || Ninjutsu || Fūton || All || Supplementary
This jutsu controls air pressure. It takes a long string of handseals to initiate, but the real problem with this jutsu is the amount of time it takes for it to work. Shimei can lower air pressure, which confuses the body into believing that it is at a high altitude. This can induce ear popping and even altitude sickness. On the flipside, he can cause air pressure to become very heavy, which can lead to decompression sickness.
The intention of this jutsu is to cause barotrauma, which physically damages the body by altering atmospheric pressure around the user, up to twenty yards in any direction. The damage can range from hearing loss and inner ear damage, internal pain, or over-expansion of lungs. This jutsu also affects the user, but if either the user or the target are physically used to the type of environments that induce these atmospheric conditions, they'll have a higher defense against the effects.
The user generally has good defense against this jutsu as they must train with it in order to be able to use it in battle. After execution, the user does not need to maintain the jutsu. Pressure will either gradually increase or decrease until a new string of seals negates the jutsu. Air pressure will gradually return to normal after cancellation.

Kai no Juin [Cursed Seal Destruction] S || Fuuinjutsu || N/A || Close || Supplementary
After analyzing the nature of a cursed seal, Shimei can write a lengthy incantation surrounding the sealmark, which, with the required amount of chakra and time, and he can either negate or completely remove a cursed seal. It is difficult to maintain concentration, and should a single error be made, it can backlash on Shimei or the inadvertently activate the effects of the very seal he was trying to remove.
Jigoku no Tatsumaki [Water Spout of Hell] S || Ninjutsu || Fūton and Suiton || All || Offensive
Fourty-eight handseals. A good-sized body of water is needed. Shimei will first make the wind pick up, causing a vortex before causing a funnel, which will turn into a small tornado, which, depending on how much power he uses, can become huge, but in turn needs more water. This tornado will touch on the surface of the water, pulling the moisture up into the funnel and into the air. From this point, Shimei will manipulate the water mist that has been sucked into the vortex. He can alter the properties which can turn it into hail. The high windspeeds can turn these ice balls into shrapnel, or fling the water to sting. This jutsu is a double-edged blade in that it has the potential to harm both himself and allies.
Only problem I can see is your D Rank jutsu. Thinking it should be higher ranked considering its physically altering the body. Would require a lot of chakra control and knowledge. Bump it up and I see no problem stamping.
