After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Name: Dokuken Rank: C Type: Offensive Elemental Affinity: Suiton
Physical Description: Dokuken is a black-sheathed katana with a white-and-black hilt. The blade has a groove from the base down to the tip. In this groove Delta places her poison so that it infects the target when she cuts them.
Special Abilities: Dokuken can conduct Delta's suiton chakra and coat the entire blade to strengthen it while she's holding it. By technicalities, this effect will be the same for anyone with suiton nature who picks up her sword. The conductive properties only occur when the blade is removed from the sheathe.
Name: Hemlock Rank: D Type: Offensive Elemental Affinity: N/A
Physical Description: Sometimes dried, sometimes not, the hemlock is crushed and wrapped in plastic. Only a tiny amount is needed and the wrapped mash of hemlock is only about 1" by 1/2". The plastic is wrapped air-tight and the pack is kept in the mouth, at the back of the jaw.
Special Abilities: Hemlock is one of the most poisonous plants in existence, and one of the substances Delta favors using. Mixing the mash with either water or chewing it into a spit poultice, she will coat desired objects, such as fingernails, blades, or senbon with the product. The leaves can be dropped into food or drink as well. Hemlock is a potent neurotoxin that operates by overstimulating the central nervous system, leading to nausea, abdominal pain, respiratory impairment, kidney failure, irregular heartbeat, tremors, seizures, and death. The neurotoxin is also incredibly potent; ingestion of the plant has been known to lead to death in cattle in as little as 15 minutes. As most people wouldn't check the mouth for poison, it's detrimental to cases where she gets caught and has her belongings removed from her person. She also possesses an antidote to the hemlock, which is kept in her belongings as an incentive to the one she poisoned to return them to her.
Name: Oleander Serum Rank: D Type: Offensive Elemental Affinity: N/A
Physical Description: An 8mL glass vial filled with a dark pinkish liquid. It has a rather sweet smell but even the scent is dangerous.
Special Abilities: This serum is made from the oleander plant, mostly the flowers. Oleanders are very common, beautiful, and toxic plants. The liquid form makes it easier to use than the hemlock in some cases and she can coat her blades with the fluid as well as poison food and drink. It causes cardiac arrest. It is not as fast-acting as the hemlock, however. Delta carries the antidote to this serum.
Physical Description: An 8mL glass vial filled with a dry, sandy-dust colored powder.
Special Abilities: The powder in this vial is made of ground castor oil seeds. These are a time-lapse poison; ingestion of the seeds can lead to burning sensations in the mouth and throat, intense abdominal pain, and bloody diarrhea within 36 hours, and can lead to death within 3-5 days. The seeds are difficult to obtain and dry without rot, so this powder is used extremely sparingly. An antidote does exist, however she does not carry it.
Physical Description: The steel fingertips are modified from razorblades and attached to the fingernails prior to beginning to an operation, sometimes only the thumbnail, sometimes all of the nails, depending on what Delta is expecting. Can be concealed quite easily, and can be painted over with polish to not stand out against the fingers.
Special Abilities: The edges are filed razor sharp and they don't come off unless torn or the adhesive dissolved. They can be dipped in poison and used as claws in close-combat situations, and also have a variety of utility uses.
The weapons, Douken and the Steel Razor Fingertips, are alright.. but you've gotta be careful. High-speed handseals while using those fingerblades is certainly a risk most shinobi would never take.
As for the plants and poisons, I have no doubt that the plants exist within the narutoverse.. but again, as Delta is not a medical shinobi.. how would she be aware of the effects, appearances, antidotes, and even their capacity to transport coconuts internationally? IT JUST CAN'T BE DONE!

Delta's clan specializes in poisoncrafting as well as creating the antidotes, made from plants. Also the coconut statement confuses me. Their kekkei genkai is immunity to all natural poisons, which is what allows her to handle them so intimately. While she is aware how the plants can be used medicinally, you're right, she's not a medical shinobi, and doesn't know how to use the proper amounts to heal. Medicine is a coin with two sides; medics take the path that heals, the Shokaki take the path that kills. And I am aware of the risks using those nails. She only wears them when she feels the job may require more subtle weapons or more concealed tools.
