After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Land: Mizu no Kuni (?) Description: The inhabitant(s) of this contract live in the depths of the ocean between the mainland and the land of water. 'Their' exact location is unknown, all that is known is that 'they' apparently live in an underwater cave network that has many areas where it may be possible for humans to live for an amount of time, thus suggesting humans must be reverse summoned to the location.
The scroll containing the contract has been entrusted to the Uzumaki clan for generations. Only those possessing great skill in Fuuinjutsu are often accepted by the contract inhabitant(s).

Appearance:
Suija is a large majestic white serpent with many red markings tracing across her body and a tail tip the appears as though feathery almost like the tip of a brush. She also appears to have feathery ears on either side of her head. She is about seven feet in height when not inside her jar. Inside her jar the maximum height she can stretch out her body is five feet. Her entire body is about twenty-one feet long.
Personality:
Suija is an understanding and calm minded individual. She often fawns over those whom she accepts as her contractor and will go so far as to protect them with her own body should the need arise. She is very motherly at times and often provides a voice of wisdom for those around her.

By gathering chakra in their gullet, a hebiza summon can then propel a jet of water through their mouth at an intended target at a velocity of ten liters per second.

By gathering chakra in the glands in their gullet, a hebiza summon can then create a slimy resin within their body that they can then spit from their maw at an intended target. Stepping on a surface covered in this resin will cause an oil effect and make a person slip. Covering a person or animal in this resin will activate its healing effects and quickly treat minor wounds (two posts). This resin may also stop major wounds from bleeding, but will not heal them.

Suija gathers natural chakra in her throat before she begins to sing a high pitched eerie song in a strange tongue. Her singing projects the chakra gathered in her body over a large area (20 meters) and causes all listeners to experience disorientation (loss of balance, dizzy, ect...).
Effect lasts for about three posts. Can be broken with Kai or a small shock of raiton.
