After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
SOUON NO SHINKAN [SONANCE OF SILENCE] C-RANK || GENJUTSU || N/A || SHORT-MID || OFFENSIVE
The genjutsu is triggered by the user whistling. Anyone who hears the whistle begins to have a slight ringing in their ears. The ringing gets louder and louder until its almost unbearable, then disappears, leaving complete and utter silence in its place.
KIOKURYOKU WAKACHIAU NO JUTSU [MEMORY LINK TECHNIQUE] B-RANK || GENJUTSU || N/A || SHORT-MID RANGE || SUPPLEMENTARY
The genjutsu is triggered through eye contact. It replays a memory of the caster's choosing as if the target were re-living the moment themselves.
This genjutsu is triggered though touch. A short time after being triggered the genjutsu gives the target the sensation and taste of blood filling their throat and mouth. The primary use of this jutsu is after a heavy hit, making the opponent feel greviously injured.
This genjutsu lasts for only a second or two, starting when direct eye contact is made between the caster and their intended victim. The caster appears to disappear, then reappear in front of the victim with speed rivaling a Shunshin. At the end of the dash, the illusionary caster stabs the victim, leaving behind the full sensation of the act.
KAGESHOU NO SEKAI NO JUTSU [WORLD OF LIVING SHADOWS TECHNIQUE] S-RANK || GENJUTSU || N/A || MID-LONG|| OFFENSIVE
This genjutsu affects all targets in a large radius and utilizes the targets own memories and insecurities. As such it requires heavy concentration to maintain. Each target trapped in the illusion gets their own sensory reality, separate from the others. The world is put into greyscale and environmental noise is silenced. The target then begins to hallucinate silhouettes of their closest friends. Those silhouettes attack the target, spouting insults based off of the targets' own insecurities. Due to the nature of the genjutsu, the caster has very little control over what happens inside the imaginary world. This jutsu can be difficult to break out of if it is not done before the shadows attack. It's primary use is to wear down the target mentally.

Alrighty, mostly everything is good just need you to bump up KIOKURYOKU WAKACHIAU NO JUTSU to at least b-rank as it's a little more powerful than a c-rank
