After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Kin'niku no Ukketsu [Muscle Stasis] D || Iryo Ninjutsu || Raiton || Close || Supplementary
By using a weak electrical charge, the user is capable of injecting their chakra into a muscle of the patient. This forces the muscle to flex and release, simply flex, or simply release. This can help relieve muscle tension, help still someone suffering from convulsion seizures and restart a stopped heart, among other uses.

Yakekoge [Sear] C || Iryo Ninjutsu || Katon || Close || Offensive/Supplementary
Coating their hand(s) in iryo chakra, the user will set it ablaze by infusing katon chakra into it, creating a thin flame film over their palms and fingers which can be concentrated in just the fingers if the user chooses. The layer of iryo chakra prevents the flame from burning the user. This flame is used for cauterization of wounds, specifically burning closed blood vessels when in a pinch and there is no other way to stop the bleeding. This can also be used offensively to burn other targets as, although the film of flame is thin, it is blue-hot.

Tokasu [Dissolve] B || Iryo Ninjutsu || Fuuton || Close || Offensive/Supplementary
Pooling together iryu chakra and fuuton chakra into their hand(s), the user is able to create a film of chakra that can be injected into the target. This attacks on a cellular level, destroying the cells and breaking down flesh to an irreparable mush. This is extremely useful for removing both malignant and benign tumors, because the chakra area is small and concentrated. More skilled users can even control the chakra so that it only targets cells of a certain density, meaning they can dissolve the cells of a tumor growing on a bone without harming the bone or the surrounding flesh. Once done, the dissolved tissue can be scooped out, iryo chakra keeping the dissolved cells contained so that they do not get loose in the bloodstream as it is extracted from the body.
Taking up to a pint of water, the user dips their hand(s) in the water and pours a significant amount of iryo chakra into it. Once the water is saturated with this chakra, they will manipulate it into the patient's bloodstream via a cut or other opening. By doing this, they can clean the vessels free of obstructions such as clots and cholesterol, or any other thing that may have gotten into the bloodstream sans other fluids that do not belong. The user can then extract the water they poured in to the wound accompanied by all of the obstructions. This extraction process must be done carefully, because the user could potentially pull the blood from the patient's body if it is not separated from the chakra-saturated water.

Shinkei Nekusasu [Nerve Nexus] S || Iryo Ninjutsu || Raiton || Close || Supplementary
By placing the hands either at the temples or at the base of the skull at the back of the neck, the the user will inject a solution of raiton and iryo chakra. The raiton in the mix is weak, and is sent directly into the patient's nervous system where the chakra can then be directed to disrupt the electrical pulses that control the information from the brain reaching the rest of the body. This is useful for stilling seizures, removing pain when no other option is available, or shutting down specific functions of the brain to make other operations easier. The connections are just as easily repaired as they are severed.
