After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
The vultures require a sacrifice of blood to be called forth, completing the seal by placing the bloodied hand onto a surface. The blood spreads out into the seal that summons them forth.
PLACE OF RESIDENCE
The vultures live in a world of rot and disease. Despite the description, they are one of the top creatures in their area, for it is because of them that order is held and other creatures survive. They live on an island far into the south, maintaining the peace and the ecosystem of the other creatures that call that hell their home.

Vishnu is a massive, imposing bird. If he stands completely upright, from his talons to his head he can reach as high as four stories. His eyes are round and so brown they are nearly black, set in a bald, red and wrinkled head. His powerful beak is curved and short, but the hook is sharp. His plumage is a very dark brown, with white fluff around his chest cavity and legs, with long, spindly feathers poking out of the fluff on his chest. His legs are white and ended in long, curved talons.
Vishnu is obedient to those who summon him. Despite his massive size he is quite gentle and capable of picking people up in his massive beak without injuring them, which he will often do to get people onto his back who can't climb his feathers or are unwilling. He is non-aggressive most times but if his summoner is endangered he will strike the enemy down.
Vishnu is a sentient creature who can make his own decisions based on his judgment. While he is obedient, if the decision his master makes is clouded and poor, he will choose a more safe route.
Vishnu has an extraordinary sense of smell. Once he has smelled something, he will remember the scent even if he doesn't smell it again for years. He is able to track a scent for days to locate someone he is to be looking for.
Vishnu's sight is average for a vulture, capable of clearly seeing large distances from high above. This helps him locate what he's looking for by sight, be it a person, or civilization, or whatever.
Because of his sheer size and the acidic content of the stomach acid of a vulture, spraying his acid can melt thick steel and seriously damage enemy shinobi. It is also capable of killing dangerous pathogens.
Vinnie is surprisingly small for a turkey vulture. His body is the size of a cantaloupe, covered in glossy black feathers tipped in dusty brown. His head is a bright, naked red, and he has a bright, hooked beak. His eyes are small and grey, and his nostrils are so large they can be seen through to the other side.
Vinnie is curt. He doesn't do snuggles, he doesn't do coddling. He does his job, and he does it well. It makes him feel like an important bird. Compared to the size of Vishnu Vinnie finds himself feeling insignificant at times but he tries to make up for it nonetheless.
Vinnie is built to be undetected. His dark plumage helps him blend into shadows, and his talons are so sharp he can find purchase on nearly any surface to spy. His feathers are soft and he flies nearly soundlessly, recording any information he can. The information he gathers is then relayed to Nayami through messages scratched in the earth.
EARTH MANIPULATION JUTSU
Vinnie is capable of manipulating the earth element. He is capable of forming pebbles in his gullet, which can be jettisoned towards an opponent like a bullet. By condensing earth chakra into his body, he can drop to the ground like a boulder, pulsing the earth chakra to create vibrations that can unbalance those in the nearby vicinity. He is also capable of exhaling a cloud of dust that works as both a cover and an irritant.
Vultures have an excellent sense of vision and can see for acres while up in the air.
Turkey vultures have the best sense of smell among all natural vultures. He can pick up the tiniest scent from miles away and track it if it's on the wind.
As with all vultures, Vinnie's stomach acid is very potent, and he is capable of ejecting this fluid as an acidic spray that can burn those hit with it.
As with the other vultures of the rot, Vinnie operates on a level of sentience not found in natural wild birds.
