After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

Momaru is a skinny lad, he's 5 ft 9 and weighs 150 lbs. the boy has emerald green eyes, however, due to the fact he suffers from insomnia, he usually looks disheveled and has bags under his eyes. The crazed look in his eyes is rather blatant, he's insane. Momaru's hair is a dark blue and his eyes are a deep emerald green.
He wears a white shirt that is usually covered in blood from one thing or another, and whenever he can, he usually keeps himself clean of blood, as it's the only way he can tell if he's hurt. Other than the shirt, he wears a pair of sandals and shorts.
PERSONALITY
Momaru is... well, insane. He's always found people calling him a freak, even his own parents were weirded out by him, which caused him to run from them when he was young. all the mental anguish drove him over the edge and to become paranoid, always having one ear turned back and one eye over the shoulder. The paranoia itself has also led to sleep insomnia he suffers from.
He's very unreceptive to people off the bat and hasn't trusted anyone save for his sensei, who taught him everything he knows today. He does however have a deep loyalty to those he does trust and is hard to break once gained.
Due to the nature of his blood line, he cannot feel pain, this has caused him to try and keep his skin clean of blood, as it is his only method of knowing he has any sort of a cut on his body. He's also been known to take short four or five minute naps occasionally, still working through and correctly doing whatever the activity was.

When momaru was a boy, he figured out he was different because he didn't feel pain. When he first discovered his outbursts of his bloodline in the academy. He tried controlling it, but was called a freak by all, even those he considered his friends.
He would cry at night to sleep in his bed, wanting the name calling to stop. His parents would comfort him, but he'd see the look in their eyes, they didn't exactly trust him was what he thought. He over heard a conversation of theirs where they were discussing him. He mistook this for thinking him a freak and ran away from home and out of the village.
He lived on his own, fearing for his life every night because he thought they might be searching or hunting for him. He didn't want to go back and this led to paranoia and insomnia. He lived this way until he found his sensei.
He only ever knew the man by Sensei, never got a name, but he was taken in and trusted the man. His sensei never thought him a freak and always welcomed him and comforted him. The man was a nin tired of war and only wanted self protection now. he retired to the wilderness and during his nin days, was a master of the raiton and suiton natures. Thankfully, Momaru's nature's were similar and he began training under him for the better portion of seven years. He learned jutsu and how to control his bloodline from his Sensei. When they came and found him, his sensei defended him to the death an gave Momaru a chance to escape for another life.
Momaru has now been wandering for the past couple of years, heading from place to place and just living and surviving. The loss of his Sensei causing him to get little sleep and driving him partially insane.

Survivalist: Allows Momaru to completely live and fend for himself off the wilderness. He can feed and hydrate himself just about anywhere and knows how to treat most minor wounds and some of the major ones he may receive as well.
Taijutsu Tough: Despite it not being his main path, he uses his body to survive and has found ninjutsu is not always available to him, so he trains extensively with taijutsu to make up for that short coming.

Seeing as he never graduated the academy, but is at chuunin level and has mastered two elements and is proficient in taijutsu—which he has no skills in, I might add—I'd like to see more explaining this in his history.”
You never state what age Momaru is when he runs away. Would it be when he just got into the academy, or sometime later? It would be good to note the age at which the bloodline starts showing 'symptoms' in the case of other players making characters with it. Not entirely necessary, but a nice tidbit of detail to make it that much more tangible. Given that he's been wandering for a few years, after 7 with "Sensei", it seems like 8 or 9 years of age would do the trick.
