After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

CHARACTERISTICS
Usually, members of the Inuzuka clan are very easy to recognize. Most family members have the clan symbol tattooed on their cheeked at a young age, usually right before they go into the shinobi academy. The symbol looks like two big triangle cuts, or fangs and is colored red. As the members grow up, adjustments and fixings are made on the tattoo to make sure is stays in shape and looks correctly.
After the tattoo, which can be seen and recognized from afar, comes the eyes of the clan members. They tend to have black eyes when all that is visible is a single black vertical line in the middle of the eye. Other that the eyes, the family is known for their dark brown untamable hair that grows in every imaginable direction and is always very messy as long as special means were not taken (a hair spray for example). Finally, their appearance in completed with their fangs growing much longer than those of ordinary people or members of other clans.
In case an Inuzuka cannot be recognized by their appearance, as even as it rarely happens but sometimes the members can look completely different than the rest of the clan, there is still a simple way to recognize them - canines. After the Inuzuka reaches the age of 6, it does not matter if he/she will go to the academy and become a shinobi or go to an ordinary school and run a pet equipment shop later on, they will get their own canine. Those usually start as puppies and grow into surprisingly large dogs. The moment an Inuzuka and his/her canine are introduced to each other, separating them becomes an impossible task.
BACKGROUND
In the long and mostly forgotten past, when the villages only started to form, the Inuzuka Family was one of the first to take the bone and join Konohakure In the Land of Fire. Years passed, Wars started and ended, battles were won and lost and the reputation of the Inuzuka only grew more and more. Skilled in both Ninjutsu and Taijutsu shinobi, fearless loyal dogs by their side and an incredibly deadly team work between them earned the clan it's fame. There were respected and feared at the same time, the typical short temper of the shinobies and fast reaction from their four legged partners was not something one could underestimate.
Due to their sharp sensed a legend spread saying that the Inuzuka are not affected by genjutsu as other. It was rumored that if a genjutsu user wanted to 'get them' he would have to apply a genjutsu on all of the senses paying extra attention to the sense of smell. The rumor helped the family poison the hearts of their enemies with fear even if in reality, it was indeed a lie spread by the clan itself.
Decades passed, a great darkness was threatening to destroy the whole shinobi world started. Alliances were created every day, until all of the great and small villages became one great army to face the enemy. The war was won and the shinobi were back to thir villages. The bonds remained and as a mark of friendship and a bond that shall last forever, a bond of blood, villages started allowing members of their clans move to different villages. Konohakure even encouraged it. As result, a part of the Inuzuka Clan was moved by their Kage to Kumogakure. A bond which cannot be broken was born. Two villages that share the same blood, the same secrets came to be.
The time kept flowing, the man who had the tailed beast inside of him has died. The 'demons' were released and brought destruction upon mankind as they released their pain and grief in the only way they knew. Slowly, it turned into rage.
The bonds that were between the villages crumbled, distrust sank in, new wars started and ended.
The Inuzuka clan, stuck between two great villages were in a bad spot. Refusing to betray their family at home and refusing to betray their clan overseas (the only border the two countries share is the one at the sea, which basically does make it over seas). With time, the villages bonded by blood gave in to the pressure from inside and declared a friendship between them, or at least agreed to cooperate. This allowed the clan to remain loyal to both their village and their family.
LEGACY OF POWER
Most of the time, whenever it comes to fights or simple every day activities, the Inuzuka would work with their canine partners. When at home, having a free relaxing time, it is common for young men and teenager boys of the clan to invite ladies for dates, of just making a move with the help of their furry friend. As cute as it might seem, things don't always go as planed. This being one example, yest there are many others. The Inuzuka and their dogs do everything together, always.
When in a battle, there is a very high chance of them to use collaboration techniques. Taking advantage of their ability to communicate with canine and their enhanced senses (mostly smell), their skills in battle get a noticeable boost.
Special Abilities:
~Collaboration Techniques (X2, X3, X4...X99!) - When the Inuzuka is working with his canine partner (or partners), they are able to create combined moves and techniques from those they already know and use. the better the timing, the stronger the result it to the point of doubling the sum of the strength of both skills separably. The combo can also fail if the timing of the combination is bad. In that case it would be as each member of the 'failed combo' has been acting by himself and the combination never intended to happen in the first place. When the Collaboration Attack fails miserably, or what can be also called, an epic fail, the Inuzuka and the canine(s) can even harm themselves of the other partly as they have gotten in the way of each other instead of working together. The ability to perform Collaboration Techniques comes with time, practice and a bit amount of dog snacks. Yet, it does not imply that more skilled and trained Inuzuka cannot (miserably) fail or that untrained teammates can't succeed.
~Communication with Canine (or 'I can speak Dog') - All members of the Inuzuka are born with the ability to speak with canines. The same way as one learns a new language, they learn to speak Dog. The more they do, the better it gets. In case a child of the Inuzuka does not try to communicate and speak with animals, he will stay an a very low level of understanding. The level would be similar to any person trying to learn a new language but drops it half way or even earlier. As there are different types of canine, the communication isn't absolute. An Inuzuka who can perfectly speak with dogs, will be unable to understand a wolf, fox or a bear very well unless he/she would do it a lot. Yet, they have the basic understanding that is still better that a normal man.
~Enhanced Senses ("So I can hear you better, So i can see you better") - As part of their genetics, the senses of the Inuzuka members are sharper than the senses or others. Their sharpest sense is smell, second to it is sound. This lets the Inuzuka find his/her way in the surrounding better, more easily recognize others and remember them better. It is also very helpful when searching for something or someone. If the Inuzuka channels chakra to their sense organs, the become even better and sharper giving the person the ability to control him/herself much better and react faster.

擬獣忍法・獣人分身, Gijū Ninpō: Jūjin Bunshin [Imitation Beast Ninja Art: Beast Human Clone] Ninjutsu || None || short || Supplementary
When a member of the Inuzuka uses the jutsu, it turns their canine partner into a perfect copy of themselves. Like any other imitation or clone jutsu, if the animal is being hit, he will change into his/her original form.
四脚の術 Shikyaku no Jutsu [Four Legs Technique] Ninjutsu, Taijutsu || none || on self || Supplementary
This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal. Taught only to the members of the Inuzuka clan, this technique forms the basis of a Inuzuka clan member's taijutsu fighting style, and will add even more to their feral-like appearances; their canine teeth, their finger and toenails grow to claw-like length, their eyes also become more wild with their pupils becoming slits.
When under the effects of this technique, an Inuzuka will display great feats of physical strength, speed, agility and endurance. The form is best suited for using and supporting the ferocious "hit-and-run", leaving the enemy barely any time to launch a counter attack.
The user spins at a ferocious speed and delivers many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The technique can inflict extreme damage on a human target, as it can readily tear through thick tree branches and chakra reinforced earth wall; all of which with a radius thicker than the user itself.
This attack is done alone but can also be done with a canine partner, making it more effective.
This technique is used by the canine partner(s) of the Inuzuka. The beast marks his target with urine making it easy for follow and find the target. When performing the technique, the animal moves fast enough for the target to have a hard time, and might be even impossible to follow.
When hitting the eyes, it'll temporary blind the target.
A more advanced version of the Passing Fang Technique. The Inuzuka and their Canine partner(s) must perform it together, the more characters performing the technique, the more powerful it is.
The user and their canice partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The force of this attack is strong enough to drill through stone.
The user and their canine partner roll at a ferocious speed in a buzz-saw like shape, and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The more characters perform it, the greater the techniques destructive power becomes.

人獣混合変化・双頭狼 Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō [Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf] Ninjutsu, Hidden || ELEMENT || on self || Supplementary
This is a combination transformation technique where the Inuzuka member and one of his/her canine partners or two canine merge to become one being. As result, they fuse into a two-headed wolf, thus drastically increasing their size, and power. In their direct attacks, they demonstrate great efficiency. Furthermore, using techniques in addition to this gives birth to an extraordinary destructive power.
can only be used after the Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf technique has been used.
When using the Fang Wolf Fang technique, the enormous two headed wolf will have it's body spin in an extrimly high speed, iolently assaulting the enemy. The rotation also creates a vacuum vortex in its surroundings, that tears the enemy apart even without touching them directly. The excessively high speed of the rotation strips the user of their field of vision.
The main side effect to the use of the technique it the fast drain of stamina from the user.
The rotation is even strong enough to destroy simple and normal barriers.
A technique almost identical to the Fang Wolf Fang. The only differences are that this technique can only be used in one direction, having the wolf to roll forward in a strait line, it also allows the user to break higher level barriers.
After creating a shadow clone, the user fuses with this clone and their canine companion into a gigantic, three-headed wolf. It is also possible to use with 2 canine companions instead of a clone or 3 animals without the Inuzuka himself.
The transformation drastically increases their size and power, whilst also gaining them sharp claws and teeth. In their direct attacks, they demonstrate considerable efficiency. Furthermore, using techniques in addition to this gives birth to an extraordinary destructive power.
Can only be used after Human Beast Mixture Transformation — Three-Headed Wolf transformation technique has been used.
The beast curls into a ball and rolls at a ferocious speed towards the enemy, as if chasing after their own tail. The ultra-violent rotation created can tear through multiple enemies, rending them apart with ease. It also destroys everything in their way and only truly skilled users can avoid hurting their allies as well as the enemy.
