After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

[Iwagakure Exclusive]
The user will perform a set of hand seals and through the use of their chakra allow them to float above the ground and through the air. The distance from the ground the user can be is all dependent upon the amount of chakra they wish to expend. Additionally, the user can imbue other items or people with this jutsu to temporally share it's benefits.

Noroi no Jutsu: Shi no Seigyo Tsukare Ketsu [Curse Technique: Death Controlling Possessed Blood] A || Ninjutsu || N/A || Close-Mid || All
This technique is the Jashinist's primary method of kill-and-sacrifice in the way of the Jashin religion. First the Jashinist makes every effort to draw blood from their opponent and ingest it. Their skin then turns black with white markings, reminiscent of a skeleton. The Jashinist will then draw Jashin's symbol, a circle with an upside-down triangle inside, on the ground in blood, be it their own or the victim's. The Jashinist will then stand in the center. This serves as the link between them and the victim.
Once the ritual takes place, the victim is linked to the Jashinist until they either step or are forced out of the circle. Any kind of injury that the Jashinist inflicts on themselves (or that is inflicted on the victim) is reciprocated on the other, be it a mere scratch or a pierce through the heart. If the Jashinist is forced out of the circle, the link is broken and the victim is free, but all the Jashinist has to do is step back inside the circle to reestablish the link.

While very similar in nature to its parent technique, which also grants greatly enhanced regeneration, the Strength of a Hundred Technique has a continuous, automatic effect that will heal any damage that the user sustains instantly without the need to make hand seals or even a conscious effort to activate the healing process as long as they have chakra left. The enhanced regeneration granted by this technique is so rapid that even the wounds that resulted from the impalement by two gigantic swords through Tsunade's abdomen were completely healed in mere moments after the blades' removals.
Use of the technique also requires the release of the Strength of a Hundred Seal, but rather than just covering the face, the markings extend over the user's entire body. As a testament to both its power and her confidence in its healing prowess, Tsunade has decreed that only medical-nin who have mastered this technique are permitted to break the first three rules that govern their role on the battlefield — which effectively prohibit their direct involvement in any conflict — that she herself established

The Flying Thunder God Jutsu is a technique created by the Second Hokage, Tobirama, and allows the user to instantly transport from one point in space to another instantaneously. Rather than being a jutsu that accelerates one's speed, this jutsu actually works more like the way a summoning jutsu does. Except instead of summoning something, the user sends themselves to the location of their seal. In other words, an augmented summoning technique if you will. The technique itself can be performed rather easily, giving the user the capability to avoid high speed attacks with relative ease.
First of all, the user must apply the jutsu formula to an object. Whether it be a tree, wall, ground or person, it does not matter. Once the formula is applied, the user can teleport to that location at will. The formula can be applied to weapons ahead of time, giving the user an even more versatility and speed. By simply performing a handseal and touching an object, the user can transcribe the formula upon it, basically marking it as a beacon for their teleportation.
Although this technique allows for the teleportation of other objects or people, usually anything higher than the mass of the user himself will quickly drain him. In other words, transporting something of less mass is easy enough, but anything above the user's own mass is another story, making the transportation of others a rather difficult process.
Even though the range of this technique is technically infinite, it does require that the user marked the desired end point with the formula beforehand. This basically means the user can only go transport to places where they've been to previously and marked beforehand, making random transportation from place to place impossible.
The drainage of chakra while using this technique is very precise, a science even. The factors involved in this process are the mass of the objects or people being transported and the distance being traveled. The further the distance and the higher the mass, the more chakra that it takes. Therefore, the most effective way to use this jutsu is through short jumps, as they take the lowest toll. Even a couple long-distance jumps can easily drain the most hardened of users.

By removing the internal organs of a foe and preserving the body to prevent decomposition, as well as adding weapons and defences, the user can make powerful human puppets. These puppets are different from normal ones, as they retain their use of chakra and any kekkei genkai that the human host once had. This can either be used on corpses or on willing individuals.

This kinjutsu, which was passed down through generations in Iwagakure, allows the user to knead chakra into materials. It is likely that the mouths on the user's palms and chest are the result of using this technique.
This genjutsu brings out the victim's subconscious negative or hateful emotions. The caster can take advantage of these feelings and control the victim's actions. This technique can be cancelled by smelling the New Moon Flower Perfume, using the Sharingan, or killing the caster. Those who undert controlled by the Jibakugan have several strange marks under their eyes and on their foreheads. For this technique to be effective, direct eye contact is needed, unless the user's power is sufficient enough to use it without the need of direct eye contact.

This technique transforms the user's body into something similar to that of a rag-doll's, which is held together by hundreds of thick black threads. The user is able to manipulate these threads for many purposes. They are capable of sewing up any injuries that they or others might suffer, most commonly by reattaching body parts. They can also detach parts of their limbs and then manipulate them, to the point that he could even send them underground and then reattach them when he was done with them.
In addition to that, Earth Grudge Fear allows the user to steal the internal organs of others and incorporate them into their own body, thus extending their own life by taking the hearts of powerful shinobi. These hearts appear as masks, which can move independently and take on humanoid forms, as well as use ninjutsu corresponding to the elements of their previous owners. This allows the user of Earth Grudge to use multiple types of releases.
Not only this but in order to kill someone using Earth Grudge, one must kill all their hearts, meaning one would would have to kill them five times over.

Kagerō Ninpō: Utakata [Antlion Ninja Arts: Ephemeral] S || Ninjutsu || N/A || Long || Offensive
The user creates four firefly-like chakra wings and fires out a powerful energy blast from them. This technique can be used only once in a lifetime, since it consumes so much chakra that the user is left in a near death state after performing it. During the duration of this technique the user can also transport themselves instantaneously using a technique that is similar to teleportation. This technique will guarantee death unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Kie no Jashin [Jashinistic Conversion] S || Ninjutsu || N/A || Close || Supplementary
The conversion of to Jashinism is kinjutsu, or a forbidden technique. Converters are seated in the center of a gram, an equilateral circumscribed triangle, formed of many seals and written in the blood of the converter and the practitioners. On the chest of the converter a similar gram is written, with their own blood for first sacrifice, composed of glyphs.
The practitioners chant while the converter prays, and this can last anywhere from a few hours to two days. When the ritual is complete, the converter must find, kill, and sacrifice an infidel as well as their own blood to seal their faith in Lord Jashin. Successful attempts create immortality.

One's Own Life Reincarnation was developed in Sunagakure by the Puppet Brigade. The user, giving their life force to the target, uses all their chakra as an intermediary.
This technique can be used on both the living and dead. Using it on the living can save and restore the target from an otherwise fatal condition but will leave the user greatly exhausted. When used on the dead, the user will find certain death in exchange for the soul of the deceased. While in use, the released chakra shines a pale-blue colour, and if the user's own chakra is insufficient, a third party can assist.
Out of humane motives, Sunagakure labelled this technique as a "kinjutsu" immediately after its development. As such, the only one who can use this technique is its developer, Chiyo, and as she is the sole known user, upon her death the technique is believed to be lost forever.
The purpose of the technique was to give life to puppets, the puppets Chiyo had in mind being those of Sasori's parents. It was also for a means to give combat puppets life to increase their efficiency in battle.

By wrapping their body in a layer of lightning chakra, the user can electrically stimulate their nervous system and speed up their neural synapses to react faster to danger and push their physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing them to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power.
This armour, combined with taijutsu, allows user to utilize Nintaijutsu. By combining this armour with the Teleportation Jutsu, the user can move at split second speed. The armour also increases the user's defenses, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks, especially from Lightning based attacks.

The absolute pinnacle of medical ninjutsu, created by the greatest of medical ninja, Tsunade, it is the ultimate regeneration technique. By releasing the great volume of chakra stored in her forehead at once, the body's cell division is forcibly stimulated by proteins, reconstructing all organs and all tissues making up the human body. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. If this technique is used, a body whose vital organs are so gravely injured that it cannot bear it any longer will be instantly restored to its uninjured state. By Tsunade's own claim, as long as she has chakra it is impossible for her to die by any means, as such she gains a form of "immortality" throughout the duration of the technique.
However, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime, and by speeding up this process, The user are basically shortening their life span. To what degree is unknown, but what is clear is that it is not great enough to cause them to die in battle.
