After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

EYES Dark Pale Violet
HAIR Brownish Black
Kodane stands at four foot nine, weighing a whopping ninety-seven pounds. Her hair is a very dark brown, black in some lighting. It's of medium length, bangs messily styled around her face and falling long in front of each ear. It's a tad bit shorter in the back, layered all the way from the top down. On the top of her head, she has two pieces of hair that grow wrong, sticking up like little antennae. She has a small face, pale amethyst eyes set in the middle of her face, and full, pink lips.
Kodane tends to like wearing baggy clothing, especially favoring zip-up sweatshirts over tank tops. Her pants are usually cut off below the knees, feet ending in sandals. Her sweatshirts are generally shades of maroon, black, or blue, while the tank top underneath can be any variety of colors or patterns. The pants are generally dark as well, with the sandals being a basic navy blue.
Kodane is a brash child, always sure of herself and striving to be the best. She always seeks approval from her elders, trying as hard as she can. If she can't get attention normally through her efforts, she'll do things that will draw attention, be it positive or negative. She's been known to throw small rocks at heads to draw attention if she's being ignored, but that's not a common occurrence.
She does have a sweet nature that's hard to draw out, because her hair trigger temper can override it. One of her biggest berserk buttons is saying she looks like a boy. She doesn't have a feminine bone in her body, dressing and acting like the other boys in her class. She was the first girl in a family of four older brothers, and had no other role models.
ACADEMY AGE 7
GENIN AGE N/A
CHUUNIN AGE N/A
JOUNIN AGE N/A
Kodane was born the fifth child and the first girl in the Chiisai family. Her mother was a busy individual, so the girl never had much feminine influence in her life. But, she was determined to not let being a “girl” be a weakness, as her brothers would often tease her about. No, she was as good as any boy. So she worked hard. She tried and tried, would pick fights with others her age, with her brothers. The boys would often kick her butt, but this never deterred her, and at the age of seven, she entered the shinobi academy of Konohagakure, attempting to further better herself as a kunoichi and be better than her brothers ever were.
A tradition in the Chiisai household was that once a child entered the academy, they would get an animal companion. Kodane had chosen ferrets. Her brothers made fun of her; what use would a ferret be on the battlefield? But size did not mark the usefulness of a creature, and she was given two ferret kits to care for as she attended her classes. Eventually these critters became pretty useful for her.
But, as Kodane continued to try hard and be better than the boys to show that girls were strong, too, all she got from it was being called a boy. And this made her mad. Mad, mad, mad. She needed more approval, her efforts needed validated, her existence needed validated. She would not be ignored or picked on. She'd rather pick on other, weaker kids for not trying as hard as she did. At heart she's a good kid, but she continues trying to be the shining kunoichi in her family and in her classes, even if she doesn't use the best methods to pull attention to herself.

Kodane is quick on her feet, able to dodge incoming attacks and her flexibility helps this. Her punches aren't all that hard, but that could change with training. It's more fun to dance around the opponent and confuse them than it is to brawl.
