After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

Coating his body in a thin layer of protective chakra, Lowe heats the air around his entire body to such a high temperature that the air will shimmer. He uses this property to shift his appearance in an illusory manner, be it for camouflage or to truly make his body seem like it is on fire. This condensed katon chakra is extremely hot, scalding anyone who gets within a few inches of any part of his body, as well as burning outside objects. Because of the concentration needed to maintain the katon chakra shimmering so close to him in the air, he cannot use offensive taijutsu while this is active, nor can he use anything but simple katon ninjutsu.
By infusing chakra into his Hoshi no Tama, Lowe is able to make his globe hover. Once hovered, he flings it at his opponent. Once it impacts with something—anything—it will return to the hand that threw it. He can combine this jutsu with other ones that involve throwing the globe. It can only travel the distance equal to how hard Lowe can throw it.

By filling his Hoshi no Tama with an excessive amount of burning chakra, Lowe will throw the globe at the opponent. The blazing flames that surround the glass take the form of a leaping fox, the rear end like that of a comet's tail. This causes burns on impact, capable of setting what it touches ablaze, if it is flammable.

Kitsune no Hono [Fox Blaze] B || Ninjutsu || Katon || Close || Offensive/Defensive
Lowe will manipulate his katon chakra around his body, setting it ablaze. This gives him an appearance similar to a beast fox made of flames, condensed so solidly it is nearly tangible. With this attack he charges his opponent, using the jaws and claws and increased speed to tear and burn his opponent like a beast. Despite the protective chakra between himself and the flames, the heat of this jutsu can still be overwhelming to Lowe. This makes its use ephemeral and something Lowe would rather use to end a fight rather than start one.
Hakanai Hono [Ephemeral Flame] E || Ninjutsu || Katon || Close || Supplementary
Using precise chakra control, Lowe creates a grapefruit-sized "cold" fire in his palms. This flame at its brightest is orange, and is warm to the touch, incapable of burning. He shapes this ball of flame into an object, generally an animal, using the available mass of flame in his hand. It can be a beast or bird, fish or insect, anything really. Holding the ball of fire in his palms, he will bring it to his mouth and blow, as if blowing it free of his palms. Once the flame leaves his palms, it takes the miniature life-like form of his choosing, which can dance around and even pass "through" other people, leaving a trail of comfortable warmth in its wake. The flame creature only lasts between 30 seconds and a minute, leaving behind a magical experience. Because of the non-burning property of the flame's heat, it can be used for utility purposes.
