After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

Reverse engineered from a fuuton variant: The user sends a single pressure pulse underground and uses the returning pulses to judge the position and size of objects in the nearby area (both on and underneath the ground) akin to a sonar. since the pulse is weak enough not to be noticed by others, the user must maintain skin contact with the ground to feel the returning pulses
Doton: Modorimyaku [Earth release: reaction pulse] D || Ninjutsu || Earth || long || Ofensive,Supplementary
Personal Jutsu: After sending a detection pulse, Kasumi sends multiple stronger pulses underground to create constructive interference. The resulting increase in amplitude causes a shockwave around the peaks (places where the pulses meet) strong enough to uproot small weeds
Guillotine Drop [Guillotine Drop] D || Taijutsu || Earth || Close || Offensive
Reverse Engineered from a Raiton variant: Kasumi covers her legs with Earth Armor, then launches herself from a high position and delivers a downwards kick, using the momentum from the drop (and added mass of earth) to increase impact strength
Reverse engeneered from a suiton variant: Kasumi condenses chakra and dust in the air into small sharp rocks and then uses the condenced chakra to release the stone bullets at high speeds (fast enough to be as dangerous as a real bullet). The strength can be furrher enhanced by storing chakra in the rocks. The number of bullets is determined during the process of forming them.
Reverse engeneered from a suiton variant: a Spray of mud comes errupts from Kasmi's mouth like a waterfall. The mud dries up quickly and therefore can be used to trap the target
Personal jutsu : Kasumi scraps her fingers across the ground forcing the earth from a target location to shift towards her and creating a pitfall at the location, the size and depth of the pitfall can be manipulated by the ammount of chakra infused into the earth

Reverse engeneered from Nadeshiko-Style Deep Crimson Dance Performance: second step. Kasumi concentrates chakra in her feet and spins at extremley high speeds creating a small whirlwind. Kasumi then uses her superior knowledge of enemy positions to throw senbon at multiple enemies with high precision, her fast rotation making it hard to predict her current orientation and next direction of attack
