After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

Doton: Iwagakure no Jutsu [Earth Release: Hidden in Rock Technique] D || Ninjutsu || Doton || Short || Defensive, Supplementary
The technique allows to user to blend into rocks and move between different rocks unnoticed, leaving the immediate proximity of a rock will break the blending
This technique coats the user's body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks. this armour is heavy and makes the user less quick. While using this armour, the stone layer can be manipulated to form blunt weapons for stronger attacks.
Doton: Doryūha [Earth release: Earth Flow Wave] C ||Ninjutsu || Doton || Mid, Long || Ofensive
The user creates and rides a wave of earth that can branch off to attack from a distance. The user can also use it to skilfully manouver around the battlefield
Doton: Dosekiryū [Earth release: earth and rock dragon] B || Ninjutsu || Doton || Long || Offensive
The user Forms a large amount of earth into the shape of a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The size of the dragon can be manipulated by the user at creation depending on the amount of chakra used and the type of soil that is used to form it.
A trap technique that is activated upon coming in contact with the opponent's chakra. The user uses a scroll to lay a trap by copying part of the inscription from the scroll to the earth, then covering it with a layer of mud. The trap activates when it detects non-exempt chakra (chakra infused into the scroll will not activate the trap, usually the user and his allies) and causes the mud to shape into wolves that will attack the enemy. Despite being damaged, the wolves will simply reform, keeping the enemy occupied while the user makes a getaway. The only drawback about this technique is that is time-consuming to set up and will allow the opponent to catch up. When the trap springs the scroll changes accordingly to represent that, thus allowing the user to check on the state of the trap
"Greetings and welcome to Hiko Grades this Stuff Right! I am your host the lovely and wonderful Hiko."
Doton: Yoroi- D-rank techniques are supposed to be rather simple. Something such as, covering your body with stone in order to enhance your natural defense, would be considered just basic, simple. However with the things you added on, such as the armor being able to change your shape, as well as the capabilities to make weapons from this armor, I'm going to have to say, in the least, bump it up to C. Or you can choose to make it a bit more badass, make it capable of forming more deadly weapons, ect... and bump it up to B. Your choice. (furthermore you spelled Ninjutsu wrong)
Iwagakure no Jutsu- Essentially this technique is just Iwa's version of the Hiding in the Mist technique. As such they should have the same rank of being D rather than C.
Doro Domu- "creates a stone dome that trapes the opponent" um there is no 'e' in 'trap'. Furthermore the user should have to stay connected to the dome, say with their hand placed on it, for it to constantly be able to receive the chakra for it to repair itself.
Doton: Dosekiryū- Reread this in general, so many typos and grammatical errors.
Doro Okami- So how exactly is this trap set up. I understand that when the enemy enters a certain radius wolves will form from mud, but is this set up using previously existing mud? Does the user first activate the scroll to make a pool of mud spawn thus setting the trap? How exactly does this work?
Overall: I noticed grammatical errors all over the place, please do take care to reread.

“As it has been longer than three days since this was last looked at, I will be taking over the grade. I request that the Earth Armor be bumped up to C, and the Earth Dome Prison technique has already been approved on a separate list, so it may be removed.”
