After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

Konoha Gōriki Senpū [Leaf Strong Whirlwind] B ||Taijutsu || -|| Short || Ofensive
A taijutsu using a combination of speed and power. The essence of this technique is concentrated in a spinning back kick, with such speed that not a single person can follow the user's movement, smashing his enemy with overwhelming strength.
Hien [Flying Swallow] B || Taijutsu || - || Short || Offensive
An addition-line ninjutsu that augments the killing power of a weapon by flowing chakra into it. The materialised chakra is shaped like a blade, cutting up everything it touches. It is also possible to alter the attack range of the weapon by adjusting the amount of chakra put into the blade. The density of the chakra is so high it becomes visible. It not only raises the power of the weapon, but simultaneously turns oneself into a blade as well. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to cut through solid rock and iron.

Darling I am terribly sorry but I must inform you that a technique that does what flying swallow is capable of is already in the works of being graded. By me in fact. It's the Saber Technique that shall be listed under kenjutsu once everything is said and done. Therefore I would like to kindly ask you to remove Flying Swallow from your list. Further more, aren't you making a Kumogakure character? Why would you register a technique that was a signature move of two characters, master and student, of Konohagakure when your character, that is from Kumo if I remember correctly, would have no place using it but would rather be better off devising their own variation of the technique?

Well... if the technique is in the works, and would be done/approved whenever BUT i want to use it for this current character that’s nearing completion, Does it not put the character into a weird limbo state (On a side note... since flying swallow is a canonical jutsu I don't see a reason not to include it in the database) And in regards to Goriki Senpu: For one, since a timeframe of nearly 100 years has passed both of them (Rock Lee and Might Guy) would have ample opportunity to pass the technique on to their students as well. Its not impossible that one of said students would move to(or in fact be from) another village and pass it on there Two, Kasumi as a character specializes in studying opponent techniques and adapting them to her needs and abilities. she could have also studied it herself from another user or from reading about it. also, because she is a speed based taijutsu user the base jutsu would naturally fit her style and wouldn’t need much modification. Now, I COULD make a jutsu with a different name with the exact same description but since a non-element specific canonical jutsu that does the EXACT thing needed exists, I didn’t see the need to.
