After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
GENERAL APPEARANCE: Byakko is a tall, rather visually appealing male with short ivory hair, that is somewhat unkempt yet tame, and ivory fur covered fox ears that blend right in. He has heterochromia which makes his left eye the color of gold and his right a brilliant blue. Byakko's skin is also pale, and doesn't seem to be capable of gathering any sort of tan which seems to be odd considering many of his home village are often of darker skin variety.
Byakko's form is slender and definitely kept well in shape. When bare, through his skin one can see very well that he does well to care for himself and seems to take his physical fitness to heart. This is seen well through the defined muscles in his abdomen, thighs, hamstrings, biceps, and his triceps. Of course one would expect no less for this man to be fit when not only is he a swordsman, but he has nine fluffy ivory tails that he has to cart around.
Byakko's clothing style of choice is that of a white and black yukata, with the upper most layer of the garments being white with black underneath. He keeps this tethered to his form with a royal blue tie around his waist. The hakama portion of his yukata is also black to match the rest of the undergarments, and tethers together at his ankles to create a sort of ballooning effect in his clothing. He prefers to travel barefoot, and will only wear Geta, or sandals, when he has to leave the village.

Byakko is quite the enigma. One moment he can be quite the kind and playful character where the next he is silent and cold. While he most often plays the part of the character who is always kind and caring, Byakko is actually not that sort of person. Byakko doesn't have a kind heart, and would much prefer that most of the world burn in hell flames, however he is also smart and calculating, thus aware that in order to get anywhere in this life he needs to play his cards right.
Byakko has a heart that would be best compared to a glacier. He is incapable of feeling any sort of love towards anyone, including himself, and isn't afraid to resort to more insidious measure to reach an end result. However this isn't to say that he'd incapable of feeling anything, if there was one thing that the man does feel for certain, it would be loyalty. That loyalty being to himself, and his clan (to a degree).
Byakko cares not for the welfare of others. While he may appear outwardly as a rather caring person as he's usually extremely kind and passionate, Byakko actually despises most human life and creation. He would much rather live a life of solitude, however due to his loyalties he remains in kumogakure as council to the raikage; one of his relatives.
