After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

Hogo Tagubaria [Protective Tag Barrier] D || Kekkai Ninjutsu || N/A || Close || Defensive
Using two talismans roughly six inches by three, the talismans overlap over a certain part of the body to prevent an attack. This small barrier is adept at blocking peircing attacks and cannot be peeled off unless the user is rendered unconscious or releases the barrier. The talismans must be carried on the body in a loose location so that they can move. Both talismans have the kanji 承 written on both sides, a humble form of “to hear.”

Fūbaku Hōjin [Sealed Bomb Square Release] C || Kekkai Ninjutsu || N/A || Close || Offensive/Supplementary
An array of explosive tags are placed around an area that can be detonated with a hand seal and should their target attempt to move, the tags explode. Since the target is unable to move, another individual will then be able to attack them with no problem. These tags can be shut off by the user.
Gofuu Kekkai [Five-Seal Barrier] C || Kekkai Ninjutsu || N/A || All || Supplementary
Creates a barrier around an area by placing four "forbidden" tags in different locations surrounding the place to be protected, with the fifth tag on the location to be protected. The tags are placed on flat surfaces, and are connected with the user's chakra. This technique turns the entire range surrounded by the tags into a barrier space, and inside the space, the material's destruction is "forbidden". Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is folly, as it will only lead to injury. To cancel this, it is necessary to search for the four tags and tear them off simultaneously. Meaning there must be at least five people on a team to cancel it.
Raiton: Kaminari Shibari [Lightning Release: Thunder Binding] C || Kekkai Ninjutsu || Raiton || Close || Defensive/Supplementary
Using three electrical conducting rods, the user will plant them in the ground in a triangular fashion around the target. An electrical field then extends between the three rods, becoming dangerous walls of lightning that will electrocute the enemy inside on contact. It takes a destructive ninjutsu from the inside, or a powerful attack to one of the walls from the outside to deactivate. Once one wall is broken, the other walls will deactivate.

Doton Kekkai: Dorō Dōmu [Earth Release Barrier: Earth Prison Dome of Magnificent Nothingness] B|| Kekkai Ninjutsu || Doton || Close || Offensive/Supplementary
By slamming their hands on the ground, the user is able to quickly form a dome of earth to encase their target. The walls of this dome are self-repairing; even if the trapped try to destroy the wall, it merely repairs itself. If the user knows chakra absorption techniques, then the chakra of the trapped can be absorbed. The user must keep a hand on this earth barrier to keep their chakra flooding through it, which is what gives it its self-regenerating power. Loss of focus or losing contact can weaken or sever the chakra link, making part or all of the dome nothing more than mere earth, easily breakable with the right techniques. Weakness will start on the opposite side the user stands.
This barrier technique incorporates the use of the Flying Thunder God formula to erect a barrier space capable of warping away anything which comes in contact with it. Once erected, the barrier has proven powerful enough to warp away techniques as destructive as a Tailed Beast Ball. Once warped, the subject of the technique can be directed to another location marked by the formula.
Note: Must know the kinjutsu Flying Thunder God to possess.
Kekkai Houjin [Barrier Method Formation] B || Kekkai Ninjutsu || N/A || Long Range || Offensive
An array of four explosive tags are jointly placed around the boundary of an area. If anyone or anything happens to walk through the boundary, the seals will detonate when the intruder reaches the center.
This technique creates a spherical detection barrier with the user at the centre. At the user's command, the detection barrier can expand, grasping everything in the room. The user is able to detect anything that moves inside the barrier space with their own "sense". The user may also move, the barrier will follow them as they move.

Shikokumujin [Four Black Fogs Formation] B || Kekkai Ninjutsu || N/A || Close || Supplementary
This dark technique must be performed between four shinobi whom all know how to use it, and is only affected by shinobi who possess a cursed seal. A coffin is created from the ground, sealing the target inside of it. The coffin is a sealed space that even Byakugan cannot see inside of. This barrier protects the target as they are forced to advance to the next stage of their seal, regardless of their will. Once the next stage of the seal is unlocked, the barrier automatically drops.
A solid, strong barrier formation, performed by four shinobi. Standing in a square formation, the performers are covered from all sides. The faces of the barrier are made from purple flames. The barrier does not allow anyone to enter or exit so long as the ninja are unharmed. The body of anyone touching it will immediately be engulfed in flames. In addition, there is no way to destroy the formation from inside the barrier, since the four people also have a barrier on the inside protecting them. Breaking out is extremely difficult.

Mugen Hōyō [Infinite Embrace] A || Kekkai Ninjutsu || N/A || Close || Offensive
A 3'x3' barrier of bright purple chakra that subdues the enemy by pushing them down and rapidly draining their chakra. It's difficult to resist it, but a large burst of chakra can overload it and make it shatter. The barrier stops draining once the victim inside can no longer stand.
Using four shinobi (Only one must know the technique, the other three must lend their chakra), a pyramid-shaped barrier is formed. Once formed, the barrier will explode, with the damage directed internally. This is intended to do serious harm to whatever and whomever is trapped within.

Kanchi Shisutemu Jutsu [Sensing System Technique] S || Kekkai Ninjutsu || N/A || Long || Supplementary
The Sensing System Technique is a detection type barrier that can be used to surround an area in a dome, and allows them to monitor said area remotely. This can be used to protect an entire village.
The barrier itself is twofold in nature: first it creates a giant, dome-shaped barrier which surrounds a designated area including the sky above it, as well as below the earth. The sphere has several circles which have the kanji for boundary (界), and barrier (結界, kekkai) inscribed in them. The barrier is connected to a second, smaller barrier called a Sensing Water Ball at its centre, which the technique's user uses to detect entrants into the barrier as well as maintain the size, and the shape of the barrier. When someone passes through the barrier, the sphere ripples at the point of entry. This sphere is made from water, and persons, or chakra is represented as varying-sized blimps.
Kekkaimon Gofūjutsu: Shimon Heijō [Barrier Gate Five Seals Technique: Castle Closing Four Gates] S || Kekkai Ninjutsu || N/A || Long || Defensive
This technique requires a scroll on which a blueprint of a particular area will be mapped. When activated, it causes four giant gates to emerge north, east, south, and west of the targeted area. Afterwards, the gates form a barrier around the area. This barrier has a very high durability, and anything that makes contact with it is immediately engulfed in flames. The only way to pass through the barrier unharmed is with a special seal.
Kekkai Shihō Fūjin [Four-Corner Sealing Barrier] S || Kekkai Ninjutsu || N/A || All || Supplementary
This technique was designed for the purpose of containing a tailed beast. Once contained, the barrier will seal the bijuu inside of a chosen container (but not a jinchuuriki). The technique is performed with four separate scrolls and a sample of blood. Good chakra control and concentration is needed to perform this technique, for any wavering causes a weak link and the bijuu can potentially break free. Four shinobi are required to use this technique, but only one needs to have known the jutsu in advance. Because of the concentration needed to maintain the barrier, the users are vulnerable to attacks. There are three stages of this technique: “Search” - The barrier is erected to locate the target. “Bind” - The barrier is then stretched out above the target. “Lock” - The barrier is lowered and the sealing begins.
Like Infinite Embrace, this technique produces a purple chakra barrier that bears down on the enemy and drains chakra. Unlike it, however, it is on a much grander scale and can affect large things such as huge summons or even bijuu, as well as teams of shinobi. This technique is meant to drain chakra until the enemies within drop, but it continues until every enemy within drops, potentially killing those with lower chakra reserves.
Kaminari Shibari is one of my favorite Raiton jutsu, just sayin.
The rest of the techniques I have no problem with.. except for one in question.
Jikukan Kekkei.
I'm real iffy about anything concerning Hirashin no Jutsu, mainly because it is the fastest technique known in the Narutoverse. Nothing has greater speed. Minato outruns a Bijudama using it, which has been shown to be the fastest projectile. Obviously it's different, but if you use the formula.. you've gotta have the ability to preform the Hirashin no Jutsu itself. You see my point?
