After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
The User has a mutation within the brain which forces it to produce a rare chemical this rare chemical causes changes in the brainwaves and mutate the body slightly which causes the eyes to mutate in turn. The mutate causes the eyes to gain a blue star with small writing around the outside edge whilst the Dojustu is active. The star is split into sections with each section having a different letter within it, the pupil of the eye whilst using this power also turns blue.It should be noted removing the eye and trying to transplant it will result in a failure, regardless of what it attempted, as the eye pairs itself to the user, and the user to it via a chemical bond.
The eye will also communicate with the owner via the brain. only the user can hear this voice. The eye has a split personality of its owner into two parts, the owner, and the eye. With this in mind the Eye will seek to help and hinder its owner by providing options that sometimes are purely inaccessible or down right stupid, it is up to the user to be able to tell these facts from fiction.
Despite its nature this Dojutsu has the ability to scan objects within eyesight, whilst scanning them it breaks down the image and whilst breaking down the layers it scans them for damage, or any misalignment chemically. Once stored it will give treatment options and the knowledge of how to treat the wound however, its limited to the chakra control and the amount of chakra the user has, it is also possible for things to be 'untreatable', due to the users current overall knowledge or condition [basically its limited by rank to what it gives you information wise]. It will to give the user physical treatment knowledge, but will not grant access to new medical jutsu to use, it will however be stated as a choice should the user know the Jutsu.
It can also detect Chakra build up the focus direction ,what type the element is whilst this information can be wrong it is somewhat accurate it allows the user to know what is coming at them. As the Dojutsu is used it evolves and its information becomes more accurate over time.
Prolonged use of this power will cause temporary madness, and or tiredness, it can also cause headaches, whilst the headaches only happen with prolonged use. The Dojutsu is aimed to be coupled with Medical Jutsu, and related Jutsu to this Kekkei Genkai..
“What do you mean by "their eyes will be restored to prime condition over time after being injured"? Physical wounds, blinding conditions? How long does it take? Why does it have healing properties just to the eyes and not the rest of the body, since it's all flesh, after all.”
I was aiming for the chemical within the eyes to keep them at the best condition. If that is an issue I can remove it. Blinding conditions themselves would work as much as they would on any other person, it was more referring to physical wounds, and aging, I apologize for not making that clear enough.
The time to heal depends on the injury, it would have its own limitations point and case, the eye itself being removed, can’t be fixed, but damage due to straining, or being cut could be repaired given enough time, the cut taking months, whilst the strain would only take a few days. The reason its limited to just the eye is due to the chemical reaction within the brain which caused the mutation within the eye, that is the only effected part of the body which has mutated, and the brain has mutated to allow its function to proceed un-impaired. The reason I made it so it didn’t heal the full body, is because it would only heal that organ, and wouldn't heal flesh in general, as the eye is a organ, and not classed as flesh. If my wording implied flesh to be repaired alongside the eye, I will correct that. However, if the eye repairing itself is the issue, I can rewrite the Dojutsu remove the healing of the users own eyes, thus not giving the chance for it to be mistaken as a ‘heal all flesh’ type ability.
