After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Bloodline Specific E-rank These jutsu are the most basic for the clan members, particularly those with the actual bloodline. These in fact take little to no energy to use, and are often learned very young as it concerns their well being.
Hakuri no jutsu is an absolutely basic clan jutsu. It's function? To engage the aspect of the seal that allows one to seperate their head from their body. Generally, the head is kept in motion over the space where the neck is, although sometimes people forget to reattach the head. This jutsu takes out that rigid part of the seal, allowing the user's head to go where it pleases. This is a very simple jutsu and requires no handseals, and just a quick thought to dislodge the head. It is generally the first technique anyone from the full bloodline learns.
Saikai no Jutsu is the second most common full bloodline technique. It is also as simple as it's Hakuri no Jutsu counterpart. However, it's function is quite different. Rather then seperating the head, this jutsu calls about the aspects of the basic fuuinjutsu to restore the head in it's rightful spot. It restores the connection, and ensures that the head doesn't fly off all over the place, or lurches the second one moves. Although it is as basic as Hakuri, and requires no seals but just a thought, many of the full blooded clan members forget to use it at times. However, the full blooded members of the clan learn how to use this at the same time as Hakuri no Jutsu.
Bloodline Specific S-rank These clan techniques are automatically put on any members of the full bloodline in their past. However, clan members can actually learn these techniques. As to why? Who knows.
頸 のための 神経 'KUBI NO TAME NO SHINKEI' [NERVES FOR THE NECK] S-RANK || FUUINJUTSU, IJUTSU || KUBINASHI CLAN || TOUCH || SUPPLEMENTARY
The Kubi no tame no Shinkei fuuinjutsu is actual a dual pair of seals. These seals are placed on the babies of the full-bloods of the Kubinashi clan. As the full-bloods have no necks, this fuuinjutsu, a circle the size of the neck, is a matter of survival. They are both named the same, but mean two different parts: one is the neck, and the other is the head. As such, one may not identify which is which by sound, but only via application. As such, this gives some secrecy as to how the fuuinjutsu is applied, since only the parents of the child are capable of putting this on them, or in the direst of circumstances, a village elder. However, this jutsu seems to not work with anyone not of the Kubinashi bloodline.
This jutsu is for the neck connection of the pair. This neck connection serves as a stabilizer field, allowing the other fuuinjutsu to anchor to it. Simply said, it is the base which stays constant. As the neck disapears, the connection of spine to brain is non-existent, although the Kubinashi clan seems to innately connect via their chakra if their neck is injured. This fuuinjutsu, once placed, basically fuctions as a neck: being stable and connecting all of the body's nerves up the spine into the seal, and into the head. This fuuinjutsu grows with the one it's placed on, and if it were to be released, it is very possible that the body and head may die, as it provides a delicate balance.
The seal takes about half an hour to place onto the target, and can be, once again, only used on a Kubinashi. It takes less chakra then expected, but the complexity of the jutsu makes it hard for it to be learned. Also, as it is Kubinashi clan centric, it is very difficult to apply it elsewhere, and as such is considered a story technique only. It is, however, possible to derive new techniques from the basis of this one, so long as the technique has been learned.

This jutsu is for the head connection of the pair. The head connection is in fact, the looser of the pair. Where as the neck connection stabilizes and functions as pretty much an anchor, the head fuuin allows all of the flexibility of a neck, and even more. In general, the fuuin allows one to place an amount of chakra to sustain the head once separated. Minimally, the head can be separated for about 2-3 posts before the body begins to die. However, the more power one puts into the jutsu, the higher this amount can be done, even done over whole days! However, the recorded longest is about three days, as no matter the amount of chakra, there are still needs for the body to sustain itself. This seal generally works like a connection, plugging into the anchor to stabilize the head and the body's functions. It is placed where the neck would be, if it existed. This fuuinjutsu grows with the one it's placed on, and if it were to be released, it is very possible that the body and head may die, as it provides a delicate balance.
