After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.
Characteristics: Magnet Release is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai which allows the user to convert chakra into magnetic forces and magnetize an object.
Utilizing magnet release to magnetize a large quantity of shuriken, the user then throws them in the direction of his opponent. Any individual that comes into direct contact with these shuriken are themselves magnetized; as such, it is crucial that the opponent avoids all of them as even a single deflection will result in the production of a powerful magnetic field around their body. Once the person has been magnetized, the user can manipulate the magnetic field in such a manner as to make any subsequent attack using a metallic weapon difficult to evade.
This gunshot-like attack uses [Iron Sand] hardened into minuscule grains to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets are so fast that they are difficult to see. The moment the user has finished preparing the attack, evading it becomes extremely difficult. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Furthermore, the user can also use an attack pattern where the [Iron Sand] bullets are shaped into sharp needles, increasing their ability to wound or kill the opponent. Since the [Iron Sand] has a magnetic force using metal weapons for defense is impossible. When combining the sand with poison it becomes even more deadly. This technique is especially threatening to puppet users, since the puppets can be rendered immobile if the sand gets lodged into their joints.
This technique gathers a great volume of iron sand and compresses it into a high-density shape. This greatly increases the hardness, creating a gigantic steel-like weapon in an instant. The weight and size of these shapes are so great, they can easily shatter bedrock and break through most defenses with one hit.
As the weapon is made out of [Iron Sand], its shape can be molded into whatever the user wants at any given moment. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment. Since the [Iron Sand] generates a strong magnetic field, the opponent cannot use any metal weapons or tools against it.
The user causes a considerable quantity of [Gold Dust] to erupt from beneath the surface of the earth by placing both of their palms onto the ground directly in front of them, before manipulating the resulting substance into a wave of tidal proportions.
Satetsu Kaihou [Iron Sand World Method] S-Rank || Ninjutsu || Magnet || All Ranges || Offensive
This technique uses iron sand to create a gigantic sphere of branching spikes. The user first creates two masses of iron sand of opposing magnetic fields and then merges them together. This causes the magnetic forces to instantly increase and the repellent force created by the two opposing magnetic fields scatters the [Iron Sand] across a vast area.
The iron sand spreads in spikes that branch off irregularly, making it almost impossible to get a clear overview of what is happening. This also makes evading the spikes nearly impossible. Even if the opponent has managed to evade getting hit, the iron sand spikes will have filled the entire surroundings, cutting off any escape routes. With the opponent trapped, the user is free to attack in person. By soaking the iron sand in poison, the technique is even deadlier, as one nick will bring fatal repercussions.

A basic move that allows control of loose sand.

Suna Bunshin no Jutsu [Sand Clone] D || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Supplementary
The user creates a clone of themselves from sand. It is dispersed when hit or hits something. It is similar to the basic clone jutsu; the absolute only difference being that it can interact with its environment.
Suna o Kakeru [Running Sand] D || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Supplementary
When the user runs, the they kick up sand and/or dust into the air, and then hold the particles in the air which can block off an opponents vision. This jutsu can also more easily ready sand to be used for attacks.
Suna Utsuwa [Sand Container] D || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Supplementary
The user is able to store sand in their pores for jutsu use rather than carrying it in a bulky container. Storing sand in one's pores causes the user's skin to be slightly rough and grainy. This allows transport of sand to use in other techniques or for whatever other reason one may want to carry sand undetected.

Kabe no Suna [Wall of Sand] C || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Defenisve
The user creates an almost impenetrable wall of sand to block attacks. Disperses when the user loses concentration, creates another wall, or if hit with a powerful attack.
Suna Doriru no Jutsu [Sand Drill] C || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Offensive
technique that is often used by low powered sand-nin when in a pinch for a weapon. The shinobi focuses chakra into either of his hands and draws sand to them, then focuses his chakra on continuous rapid movement.. Instead of forming a solid blade, a conical mass of sand is formed that follows the basic principles of erosion. The steady, brisk motion causes a stripping effect to anything it touches; thinning and breaking armor, tearing flesh and muscle down to the bones. Short range, useful in only one’s full reach. In addition, water jutsu can disrupt it easily. A variation of [Suna Ken no Jutsu].
The user takes sand and infuses it with their chakra, scattering it over an area of 25 feet. If anyone steps on the scattered sand, which can be difficult to see, the user will be able to pinpoint their location. However, the user must remain immobile while using this jutsu to hold their concentration, or it will dispel. It cannot be used in the rain or in wet conditions.
Suna Ken no Jutsu [Sand Blade] C || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Offensive
A technique that is often used by low powered sand-nin when in a pinch for a blade. The shinobi focuses chakra into either of his hands and draws sand to them, then condensed and hardened to give it a cutting edge. The blade can be shortened to a minimum of five inches or increased to a maximum of one foot, and can be given either a single or a double edge. This technique can complement a hand-to-hand style well. If the blade becomes wet, it has the high chance of crumbling uselessly. A variation of [Suna Doriru no Jutsu].
Suna Muchi no Jutsu [Sand Whip] C || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Offensive.
User creates a long whip of sand that is abrasive to the skin. It can be snapped like a normal whip, however it can be easily sliced through and destroyed.
Suna no Yoroi [Armor of Sand] C || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Defensive
The user uses an almost invisible thin layer of sand to cover their body. For the sand to cover the user's body, they have to use their body's chakra. When covered by the sand the user becomes heavier and it is more difficult for their body to maneuver. Sufficient strikes will break the armor to expose the user's natural body.
Using their chakra to control nearby sand, the user will levitate small clumps of sand. This can be used to launch sand at an opponent, or to distract, or to prepare for another jutsu. It can be levitated over the opponent for a few seconds to distract, giving the user enough time to cast another jutsu.
Using their chakra to control nearby sand, the user will hurl disks of sand at their opponent. Spinning through the air, the disks are deadly in strength, inflicting large amounts of damage to the target and surrounding objects with its abrasive properties..
Suna Wana no Jutsu [Sand Trap] C || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Mid || Supplementary
User creates quicksand under the opponent to capture them. Sand can harden after, making it hard to escape. Easy to avoid if detected early.

Daisan no Me [Third Eye] B || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close-Mid || Supplementary
Uses sand to create an eye through which they can clearly see without fear of being seen. Perfect for spying or collecting information, or targeting an opponent while guarding them self with a wall-defense. However, seeing through this eye replaces the sight in one of their natural eyes. If the sand eye is destroyed before severing the link, the user is temporarily blinded in that eye.
Sabaku Fuyu [Desert Suspension] B || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Supplementary
By using chakra to control the surrounding sand, the user can form a cloud of sand underneath themselves that immediately rises into the air upon creation, lifting them. Extremely useful for avoiding attacks from beneath the earth's surface, as well as threats from ahead. The cloud of sand will continue to rise until the user purposefully halts its ascent. Cons: 330lbs (150kg) max can be lifted.
Using chakra to control nearby sand, the user creates extremely long but thin tendrils of sand that vaguely resemble whips. The tendrils of sand can be used to either lash out at the opponent, or can wrap themselves around the torsos or limbs of opponents to temporarily immobilize them. When used to capture opponents, the speed of the tendrils is rather slow, making them easy to avoid in frontal assaults.
Suna Tsubasa [Sand Wing] B || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Supplementary
The user uses their sand to make it into powerful wings that make them capable of flight. The wings can easily be destroyed by suiton, raiton, or significant physical force.

Mugensaijan Daitoppa [Great Sand Blast Breakthrough] A || Ninjutsu || Jiton/Fuuton || Long || Offensive/Defensive
A defensive jutsu in which the user inhales deeply and then exhales a huge blast of sand and wind, so strong that it can even destroy small armies or portions of villages. Very powerful.
Suna Heya [Sand Chamber] A || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Defensive/Supplementary
The user creates a large enclosed chamber of sand around the user and the enemy that is almost impossible to get out. It is pitch black inside and disperses when the user loses concentration, is knocked out, or the walls are damaged.
Suna Hitsugi no Jutsu [Sand Grave] A || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Mid || Offensive
The user manipulates sand to surround an enemy and crushes them. Hardens afterward.
For five seconds, hardened sand spikes burst after the ground underneath the target, following them even if they dodge. Once the five seconds are up they stop forming, however, because the spires are hardened, they remain even after the technique is finished.
Suna Ryuu no Jutsu [Sand Dragon Technique] A || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Mid-Long || Offensive
The user uses sand to create a mighty dragon of sand and uses it to attack the opponent(s). The dragon only lasts for a couple seconds, since it drains chakra at a rapid rate.
Suna Ryuudan no Jutsu [Sand Dragon Blast Skill] A || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Mid || Offensive
A powerful attack in which the user uses massive amounts of sand to create a sand dragon packed with chakra, that explodes on impact.

Rasugo Shikiten [Last Rites] S || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Close || Defensive/Supplementary
The user slams his hands into the ground after performing the proper series of seals and the ground rumbles before four thick walls of sand blast upwards from the earth to completely surround the user and his enemies. As the walls climb up into the air, a flat, durable top is already being formed overtop of the walls, cutting off any means of escape. The walls of sand are capable of withstanding nearly all forms of attacks, as they are reinforced with chakra, allowing the sand particles to reform its shape almost instantly upon being damaged. The interior of the cube-shaped prison is pitch black, causing vision to become useless while fighting inside. An extremely draining jutsu that should not be utilized save for the most extreme situations.
Suna Umi no jutsu [Sand Ocean] S || Ninjutsu || Jiton || Long || Supplementary
The user creates an area of quicksand about one hundred yards wide. The user is capable of walking on top of the quicksand, however anyone else sans other users of this jutsu will sink below the sand's surface and become trapped. Allies who cannot use this technique will get affected, and while they can be pulled out by users, it's still too dangerous for them to be close to the sand pit.
Sunaarashi [Sandstorm] S || Ninjutsu || Jiton/Fuuton || Long || Offensive
Using their chakra to control both the surrounding sand and wind, the user generates a massive sandstorm around the opponent. The size of the storm can range from anywhere between several feet up to several hundred meters. While trapped within the hurricane of sand, the victim is unable to see anything more than several feet in front of them. Due to the large amount of sand that is being carried in the wind, breathing becomes a major issue as well. Finally, the sand can begin to move at such high speeds that it resembles tiny blades once coupled with the wind, slowly tearing the victim apart.
