After the Fourth Great Shinobi World War ended, the world was experiencing a time of peace. The villages for once were able to live in relative harmony with one another as they rebuilt, and for once, all seemed to be well. The kage were able to live peaceful lives and soon began retiring, passing on the baton to the next generations. That is until an unknown virus infects the northern coast. The first to fall is the once powerful Raikage, Ay. While many thought this virus was a simple mutation of what may have well been the flu, no one would ever think of the destruction it would cause. Especially when it infected a certain Uzumaki Naruto.
With his death came the malice; with the malice came the destruction; with the destruction came the shinobi' revolt; and with the revolt came the sacrifices. The Bijuu became filled with malice that they sought to destroy the world. Shinobi sought a way to fight them and once again capture each of the Bijuu. Time passed, and a plan was devised. The Jinchuuriki would be sacrificed for the greater good of the world, and with the deaths of nine individuals, an uneasy peace began.
As time continued, the villages began to truly restructure. In a peace that would last 80 years after the downfall of the Bijuu, the world would see the creation of a great many things. Technology was beginning to take root and before long the blossoms that grew from the tree of the advanced mind would bear fruit. A many great things came to be. A railroad between the vast many nations. Mechanical limbs to replace lost ones. Radios that could reach between villages. Everything seemed to be becoming less reliant on the shinobi. Only the need for them never truly vanished. As with the growth of time, also continued the growth of malice.

HAIR Ginger Tea
Ringo stands at five foot six, weighing in at one hundred thirty-nine pounds. Her eyes are crimson red while her hair is a tea shade of ginger, extending to her hips and cut across her brow. From the top of her head sprouts two furred triangular ears, capable of moving independently of eachother. The fur is the same color as her hair, each one tipped in a creamy white color, the insides furred the same shade. She has a heart shaped face, B-cup breasts, and a long bushy tail. The tail is four feet long, covered in fur the same shade as her hair, ending in a creamy white. She stands on thin, long legs set upon dainty feet. At the back of her neck is a three-inch wide crescent moon cursed seal mark. This mark glows red when activated, and during first stage activation, covers her entire body in these crescent marks. Her long hair is almost always hiding this seal unless it's tied.
Clothes—when she wears them—are very simple for Ringo. She wears pullover dresses that have a tied cloth belt, often shades of mixed muted browns and greens. She prefers dresses because they are quite simple to remove, hardly, if ever, wearing anything underneath. If she must wear something because of complaints, and doesn't want to wear her dress, she will wrap her chest in black cloth and pin it in place, wearing low-riding tiny shorts. She despises the way fabric feels against her skin most of the time and will walk around nude more often than not, even out and about in her village. Watch out though, if you touch her, she won't hesitate for a moment to bear her long, sharp fangs. If chilled or under cover, she will often don a tattered brown-black cloak. This cloak has holes in the hood to allocate her ears, but there are situations where she shouldn't show them. It is made of a heavy material with a texture she can tolerate against her skin.
The only thing Ringo wear without fail are a red amulet pouch on a black cord around her neck, and strap holsters around both thighs. Within the pouch are two large wolf fangs. These are the only mementos she retains of her parents. The straps around her thighs strap a dagger, some shuriken, some senbon, and object sealing scrolls to her person; handy for one who dislikes wearing anything.
Ringo is rather straightforward and a trickster of sorts. Her code of dress may give you assumptions about her, but she's confident in her own power, having no shame in her body. In fact, because she regularly practices her martial arts, she's rather proud of the way her body looks. She likes to tease others and embarrass them, even go as far as using dirty tactics to distract her opponent with her body to create an opening to attack. Despite this, Ringo does not sport any physical attraction to other people, she just enjoys making people uncomfortable sometimes. She's even been known to lick faces. Look all you want, but any unwelcome touching will get rewarded with a sharp-toothed bite. She doesn't like being told what to do and will get downright sassy if told to do something she doesn't want to do.
Finding people who share her interests or who are just plain interesting are exciting for Ringo. She may sniff them, inspect them, and try to interact with them to do the activity together. She enjoys social interaction, and is always looking for someone to play with.
Ringo loves apples, and will try to push this love onto other people. There were so many ways to make apples and they're so healthy for you, so everyone should eat them, in her opinion. Of course, she eats lots of other foods, enjoying red meat quite a bit. She likes to cook for herself rather than getting convenient meals, and will cook for others as well. She's not too picky about the meat she eats, but will wrinkle her nose at being expected to eat something raw (she's eaten mice in a pinch).
She doesn't have much of a temper, and can be quite tolerant even of irritating situations or uncomfortable/compromising positions, as long as no unwelcome touching occurs. When she's angered, however, she will bite. She will bite hard. With her long canines, it's easy to get a good grip and she will not release her jaw until the unwelcome person learns their place. Her nails are sharp, and she knows how to get free from a pin thanks to training.
ACADEMY AGE 6
GENIN AGE 11
CHUUNIN AGE N/A
JOUNIN AGE N/A
Ringo was born a healthy pup to Mangetsu Saiga and Mengetsu Ryouko. She was a spirited child, always happy, always playing under the apple tree. It had been that very tree that inspired her mother to name her “Ringo,” which meant “apple.” Both parents were working shinobi, and Ringo often got left with relatives while the two were on active duty. But, when she was five, her parents never returned home.
Ringo was too young to really understand the concept of death, but she was told her parents did the absolute best they could. They'd been wolves when they were killed, and a surviving teammate took a canine from each—bodies too mangled to bring home—to have something to give to their daughter. Without proper parents, Ringo got passed around like a hot potato between the clan members, but always returned to her empty home in the middle of the night, awaiting the return of her parents, clutching the silk amulet she'd been given to keep the teeth in.
When fall would come and the apples fell from the tree, Ringo wouldn't eat anything else, surviving only on the fruits the tree bore. The child had some sort of belief that the apples were from her parents, and that she should accept the apples and eat as many as she could, which would make her parents happy. After joining the academy and growing wiser, she began to understand what the loss was, but never stopped eating the apples endlessly each fall.
While it was somewhat acceptable as a child, as Ringo grew older her aversion to fabrics was troubling. She'd get made fun of a lot, picked on, yelled at for coming to school naked or walking around the village. Sure, she knew why she wasn't supposed to be nude, but she'd rather get over the embarrassment of it than have to deal with itchy, confining clothing. So she didn't let herself be bullied. She found another Mangetsu who specialized in martial arts, and insisted he take her on as a student. He accepted, but under the condition she wore something during the lessons.
She showed to have quite the skill in the art of aikido, which redirects the opponent's movements rather than trying to stop them with force. This helped a smaller opponent face a stronger, larger one. It also helped provide an opening for a counter strike, something that would otherwise be more difficult.
Growing older, she became more tolerant, and had the decency to dress when attending the academy or when she was expecting to enter an establishment for shopping, eating, or recreation. Usually it was just an over-the-head dress, but sometimes she'd wear minimal cover that only obscured the basics. When the opportunity arose, she would wriggle out of the fabrics and pack them away in one of the scrolls on her thigh. No clothes meant no gear, and she combated that by attaching utility straps to her thighs, the scrolls especially useful. No clothes also posed an easy distraction—especially against males—during close range fights, often giving her the upper hand. It was because of this that she passed the first genin exam at eleven, besting her unfortunate opponent and even going as far as putting a foot on his chest and crossing her arms, fingers up in a “V” for victory.
When she was aligned for her team, she was surprised to find there was another person like her on the team. But, the features were different. Her scent too. She wasn't a wolf. She'd never seen this person before or anyone like her, so Ringo set aside the desire to growl at the girl and sniffed her instead, looking to make friends. God knows the child looked like she needed one.
Ringo enjoyed being a genin, working with a team like a pack, even when doing menial grunt work tasks. It was more fun in a group. Training and sparring was fun, too. She enjoyed that most. The missions weren't too exciting, even ones that did take her out of the village. She wanted action, fighting enemies. That was what really sounded fun. That would come soon enough, though. For now, she'd stay in her village and do all of her tasks, hoping something exciting comes along.

Monster Wolf: As a member of the Mengetsu Clan, Ringo possesses a sturdy body and acute senses. Upon graduation as a genin at eleven, she was branded with the curse of her people, and possesses the capability to become a beast.
Martial Artist: Even from a young age, Ringo practiced in martial arts. She favors aikido, in which she can harmlessly redirect the attacker's momentum and restrain them or put them in vulnerable positions. She is also capable of using karate techniques, but is by far not as trained in it.
